By recounting stories of temptation, mischief, and bravery through the antics of adorable barnyard animals and inanimate things, author Barbara Morgan is able to convey important messages about how to live and to treat one another well. Each letter contains a carefully crafted and discreetly conveyed moral, but without being overly preachy, and each story is filled with the love of a grandmother for her grandchildren.
This is a really priceless collection that is a joy to read.
