Her teaching experience encompasses teaching English, ESL, Creative Writing, History, Health, Social Studies, and Journalism in a number of high schools. She has also taught Adult School and At-Risk students at several continuation schools. She has recently received her teaching credential in English and Social Studies from the state of Hawai'i.
During undergraduate school, Bibi spent a portion of her junior year as an exchange student in England studying at Portsmouth College of Education and has also studied Spanish with the Experiment in International Living in Oaxtepec, Mexico. In addition to her Bachelor of Arts degree from The College of New Jersey, she holds a Master's degree from Seton Hall University, a Preliminary Administrative Credential from the University of LaVerne, a Language Development Specialist Certificate (LDS) in English/Spanish bi-lingual education, and has a Life Credential in teaching English for the state of New Jersey.
Ms. Angola has been an English Department Chairperson, Mentor and Lead Teacher numerous times for various schools. Additionally, she has served as Secondary Director and Recording Secretary of the Teacher's Association of Paramount (TAP) and is a current member of CTA (California Teacher's Association) and NEA (National Education Association).
Continuing on her path as a lifelong learner, Bibi is currently studying to become a Primordial Sound Meditation Teacher with Chopra Center University and an Agent of Conscious Evolution with Barbara Hubbard. She believes that by feeding your mind with positive thoughts, one can best be of service in helping students reach their full potential as global citizens.view less
