A former New York City features reporter, Vivian spent most of the 1990s as a staff writer at the Newhouse Newspaper, The Staten Island Advance. Author John Vincent lives and works in Portland, Oregon. Vincent studied creative writing at The University of Kansas, and his writing awards include first place in the Carruth Memorial Poetry Competition and second place in the Kay Snow Writing Contest-Poetry. Illustrator Sarah Schlesinger attended Pratt at Munson-Williams-Proctor and Pratt Institute Brooklyn where she majored in drawing and graduated with high honors. A New Jersey native, Schlesinger currently lives in Brooklyn where she has illustrated and designed for independent films, book projects and small local businesses. Harry Peterson-Nedry is the founder, winemaker and managing partner of Chehalem, one of Oregon's premier wineries.view less
