In her pursui...view moreNyomi Nadia is passionate about health, nutrition and happiness. Since childhood she has had allergies and food sensitivities, which have caused her various problems. In her pursuit of inner peace and better health, she explored the link between healthy eating and happiness – two cornerstones of good health. Her interests led her to complete a Bachelor of Science degree in nutrition, from Edith Cowan University, and a Master of Health Promotion, from Curtin University, in Perth, Australia, where she lives.
Having been inspired by her studies, experiences, and the wisdom and lives of others, Nyomi started her website extrahappiness.com. Inspiration for Tough Times is a compilation of some of the articles from her website, along with bonus chapters that are the ideal guide for people at various stages of their lives.
Nyomi has written health articles for various leading health organizations, including the National Heart Foundation of Australia (Western Australian Division), Curtin University and CalorieKing Australia.
