words. The author introduces this collection of poems, in which he defined the
devil in him as the imperfection of the human mind and the angel within him
as the saint soul victim of the human desire. In this collection of poems, Jurich
– Nhaland, with an agonized expression of his life fading and flourishing sees
the earth as a cemetery of flowers; where in mist and pit he rejects his faith for
the understanding of a gardener’s fate full of love and hatred
Born a French speaker, in 1986 in Congo (Brazzaville) Jurich Nhaland was
sent in South Africa by his father in the late 2006. After a short period learning
English, he applied for the Business Management course instead of the
swimming pool construction courses his parents ordered him to do.
Graduated, Jurich followed his passion for literature and participated in many
poetry café, where he secretly wrote paroles for a greeting card publisher for
over one year. Nowadays, he still lives in South Africa as a refugee, improving
his writing in English and growing his faculties as a poet.view less
