Research glucose production from rice straw (Oryza sativa) using Trichoderma sp. has conducted. This study aime is to determine the effect konsentrasi Trichoderma sp. And a straw fermentation of rice (Oryza sativa) against production. Research glucose levels was done using a completely randomized design (CRD) with factorial pattern 4 variation of the concentration of Trichoderma sp. (0%, 24%, 36% and 48%) and fermentation time (3, 4, 5and6 weeks), glucose levels were analyzed using DNS with UV-Visible spectrophotometry. The measurement results showed that the highest glucose levels obtained at various concentration Trichoderma sp. 36% fermentation time during the five week sthat is equal to 14.525%. There is a positive interaction between the concentration of Trichoderma sp. and the fermentation time, the best combination of time and fungal concentration of 5 weeks and 36%, respectively.Keywords : Rice straw, Trichoderma sp., Fermentation, DNS, Spectrophotometer Uv-Visibel, Glucose.

Penyakit kusta merupakan salah satu penyakit menular yang menimbulkan masalah yang sangat kompleks. Dimana prevalensi penyakit kusta di Kabupaten Parigi Moutong pada tiga tahun terakhir mengalami peningkatan yaitu pada tahun 2012 sebesar 2,6%, pada tahun 2013 sebesar 4,8% , dan 5,7% pada tahun 2014. Salah satu penyebab tingginya angka penemuan penderita kusta karena tidak adanya pelaksanaan penyuluhan kelompok. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan Program Pengendalian Penyakit Kusta di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Lompentodea Kecamatan Parigi Barat Kabupaten Parigi Moutong. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Jumlah informan keseluruhan adalah 6 informan yang terdiri 1 informan kunci (key informan), 1 Informan biasa, dan 4 Informan tambahan. Wheelchairs are mobility devices that are often used by people who have difficulty walking on their feet, due to illness, injury, or disability. Most of the wheelchairs that exist today are still using the manual system. Ideally, a wheelchair is needed so that users feel free and comfortable in adjusting the wheelchair movement according to their wishes. This study aims to make an innovation in the form of designing an electric wheelchair based on the internet of things (IoT). In this tool, there are several integrated electronic components such as NodeMCU, voltage sensor that is connected to the android smartphone application. Delphi XE8 software functions to create control applications that can be controlled via a smartphone. The control system on a smartphone uses an internet connection to process the wheelchair control system. This tool is very dependent on the connection and stability of the internet network. Design of electric wheelchair based IoT, has the performance that a wheelchair can carry a maximum load of 30kg at a speed of 0.79m / second, plus an accumulator / battery load and a 6.4kg DC motor, so that the total load can be under of 36.4kg.

Background & Objective: Vitamins are complex organic substances that are needed by the body in small amounts, usually cannot be synthesized by the body but are important in metabolic processes one of which is vitamin B. Vitamin B consists of vitamins B1, B2, B3, B6, B9 and B12. Eel is one of the fish that has a high nutrient content, one of which is vitamin B. This study aims to determine the levels of vitamin B (B1, B2, B3, B6, B9 and B12) in Eel fish (Anguilla marmorata (Q.) Gaimard) on Elver phase from Lake Poso. Material and Methods: Determination of vitamin B1, B2, B3, B6 and B9 using HPLC (High Performance Liquid Chromatography), and vitamin B12 using LC-MS (Liquid Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry) . Results: The levels of vitamin B2, B3 and B12is 0.133 mg/100g, 1.895 mg/100g, and 0.017mg/100g, whereas in vitamin B1, B6 and B9 is not detected. Conclusion: Eel fish (Anguilla marmorata (Q.) Gaimard) on Elver phase from Lake Poso can be used as a source of vitamins B2, B3 and B12.

This study aims to determine the levels of potassium (K) and calcium (Ca) in the rind and flesh of the kopek purple eggplant (solanum melongena) fruit. Determination of mineral level was done by destruction of the sample using stong acids, which were nitric acid (HNO3) and perchloric acid (HClO4). The method used in this study was a laboratory experiment using a flame photometry. The results showed that the levels of potassium in the flesh of kopek purple eggplant farmers I and II were 215 ± 7,07 mg/100 g and 195 ± 14,14 mg/100 g, respectively; while the rind of kopek purple eggplant farmers I and II were 142,5 ± 3.53 mg/100 g and 102.50 ± 3.53 mg/100 g, respectively. The levels of calcium in the flesh of kopek purple eggplant farmers I and II were 10 ± 7.07 mg/100g and 15 ± 3.53 mg/100 g, respectively; while the rind of the kopek purple eggplant farmers I and II were 6.25 ± 1.76 mg/100 g and 7.50 ± 3.53 mg/100 g, respectively.
