In this paper current 2G m-Health system and its services and limitations in Bangladesh have been studied. Then the feasibility of the adaptation of newly emerged technology 4G especially WiMAX has been studied. Most of the population of Bangladesh is live in country side and aging problem becomes prominent day by day. 85% lands are affected with flood in frequent years. Still now the communication system is also very poor in rural remote area. The survey and study show that most of the medical facilities are urban concentrated. By expanding WiMAX services with video conferencing helps people to contact with experts in a moment but mental satisfaction not so good. Also the cost for compatible mobile phone set is high and to operate it with lacking of IT knowledge also faces difficulties. So, we find a near Pharmacy and Mobile charging point solution which shows cost effective and better IT expert solution.

A Reliable and accurate public health information system is essential for monitoring health and for evaluating and improving the delivery of health-care services and programmes. In Public health, decision-making is critically dependent on the timely availability of accurate and sound data. Open Data Kit (ODK) a free and open-source set of tools can be used by health organizations to author, field, and manage mobile data collection as a sustainable m-Health solution. m-Health encompasses health-related uses of telecommunication and multimedia technologies within health service delivery and public health systems in data collection and management to enhance data quality, reduce turn-around time and facilitate immediate feedback to health systems. This paper evaluates the implementation of ODK as an m-Health solution to enhance data management in public health.

Disease management facilitated through information technology could mean a step forward towards a more effective and efficient care of patients afflicted with chronic illnesses. Focussing on diabetes, the paper explores the value proposition of wireless technology in enhancing patient self-management and quality of life. Diabetics' non-compliance with prescribed treatment plans mandates the adoption of advanced tools that can support patients through automated functions (e.g., notification reminders for taking medication), decision-support (e.g., analysis of self-test data and feedback), and anytime/anywhere communication and intervention capability (e.g., emergency consultation by healthcare practitioner). A cost-benefit analysis for the mobile self-management of diabetics suggests time and financial savings for both patients and the healthcare providers.

In the last years, there has been a growing interest in health mobile applications. Great benefits could be gained by seemingly "simple" solutions if these were designed to build a bridge between doctors and patients. In this paper, we describe a mobile health solution for patients allowing them to measure and record accurately their blood pressure at home, helping doctors to diagnose hypertension. An accurate measurement of the blood pressure, in fact, is a prerequisite for appropriate management of hypertension, a condition causing many serious diseases. The peculiarity of the hypertension kit is that the system requires interaction between the patients and their general practitioner. Finally, we present a pilot study carried out to evaluate the acceptability of the technologies, the compliance of patient to the self-monitoring procedure and the perceived benefits and disadvantages of both doctor and patients in using this kit.
