Interventional pain procedures scores over both medicine and surgery, as they do not have side effects like medicines. Surgeries for pain now have limited indications & usually as a last resort. The interventional pain procedures produce immediate pain relief, can be performed with ease by pain physicians without anesthesia as outpatient or daycare and adequate duration of pain relief is obtained and they are suitable for surgically unfit, unwilling & debilitated patients, procedures can be repeated safely if required. With the advancement of technology and science, we have unveiled many aspects of the pain and its treatment. We have to work hard to spread the knowledge of interventional pain techniques. Our goal is to help people suffering from pain, make them productive human being for the society and increase their self esteem so that they can live life as normal individuals.

Procedures were performed for the total population in the period from February 2014 to October 2014 by Spine Care Center in Heliopolis, Cairo, Egypt. Weberneedle Endolaser (WNL) therapy has been used Investigating the effects of combined use of different wavelengths from different light sources like lasers in non-specific Knee joint pain. Continuous radiofrequency (CRF) of the articular nerve branches (genicular nerves) is another option in treating osteoarthritis OA of the knee. The genicular nerves (Knee joint articular branches) supplying the knee joint were targeted With this perspective in mind, this study aimed to investigate the effects of WNL and CRF on nonspecific knee joint pain , demonstrating alternative ways other than surgery and old conservative methods with early rehabilitation.
