In the book chapter "Neurocognitive processes and supernatural beliefs," Andrew Newberg and David Yaden describe a basic cognitive process they call the "binary process." According to their model, this should contribute to the development of supernatural beliefs in addition to other processes. They understand this to be a general structuring process that organizes objects and abstract ideas into into dyads; that is, into relations of two, e.g., good and bad, happy and sad, natural and supernatural, right and wrong. The latter dyad points precisely to a problem I have with large parts of the book. The texts of the authors involved—all of whom are men—are almost universally characterized by such a binary thought structure. What makes this simple fact somewhat peculiar is that the very activity and the very name of the group have not aimed at achieving something fixed and durable. In this 21st century it’s very difficult to maintain the Islamic perspective leadership with Islamic ideology. This problem not only in Muslim country but also all over the world. in this study will find out the challenges for increasing Islamic leadership management with Islamic ideology. By deep learning will find out the problems and solutions, research objective -questions. Here will use two theories and conceptual framework were developing for the study, even choose deductive research approach for this study. Seven hypotheses were developed for this study. Descriptive research design chosen and will conduct quantitative research method for this study maintain with research ethics. The research survey will conduct by online and twenty questions will have prepared with one to five Likert scale, will face validity conduct for standardized the questions, simple random sampling (probability sampling) will use, survey geography is Dhaka city area, Bangladeshi Islamic organizations employees, sample size will 200. Data will analyst by SPSS 23.00 and Smart PLS 3.3.3 software version. Before the final test will conduct the pilot, test, and find out the accurate results for the study.

This article aims at formulating a research program that interrelates industrial development and catching-up in different world regions in a longitudinal perspective (from the 1770s to the present). The main objective is about de-linking the historiography on the Industrial Revolution in Western Europe both from a predominantly internal and from a Western/Eurocentric perspective of analysis. This requires questioning long established narratives, confronting and reinterpreting them in a way that they do not privilege the regions that introduced the factory system first. The focus is on South/East Asian and West/Central European manufacturing regions, from the nineteenth century onwards also including the United States as major part of the West.
