For much of its history, from its first appearances in the Upaniṣads through the radical contemplative rituals of medieval Tantra, yoga referred primarily to meditation techniques and contemplations done in stillness.

Allah laid out a specific destiny for him, and thus all of the unbelievers' traps came to nothing. Allah reveals in the Qur'an that the Prophet Jesus' (pbuh) enemies failed to kill him, although they were made to think that they had. Allah raised the Prophet Jesus (pbuh) to His Presence while he was still alive. Like Allah reveals in the Qur'an, as well as the words of our beloved Prophet (may Allah bless him and grant him peace), say that the Prophet Jesus (pbuh) will return to Earth, a great miracle indeed. Those who maintain that the Prophet Jesus (pbuh) was killed or is dead are making a serious mistake. One purpose in writing this book is to explain why this is so. In the following pages, we will examine the Qur'anic verses and the hadith of Prophet Muhammad (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) that reveal the truth of this issue, which has confused so many people over the centuries.

The following discussion provides an over-view of Tichy and Ulrich's main points, questions the outcomes of transformational leadership, and compares and contrasts a transformational leader with the concept of level 5 leadership.

a b s t r a c t UV curable coating is a form of green technology that reduces or eliminates completely the emission of volatile organic compounds (VOC) and is in line with the current global call in preserving nature. The objective of this project is to produce UV curable resins from non-self drying palm stearin alkyds by the incorporation of maleic anhydride (MAH) which could introduce more unsaturation into the main chains of alkyds. Four alkyds with different level of unsaturation were prepared and the successful incorporation of MAH was confirmed by FTIR and 1 H NMR analyses. Methyl methacrylate (MMA) was used as the reactive diluents, and benzophenone as the UV-photoinitiator. The UV-cured coatings were tested using standard methods adopted from ASTM, and results showed that coatings of maleated alkyds exhibited good film properties. This novel approach has succeeded in converting a non-self drying palm stearin alkyd into UV-curable resins.
