З застосуванням розробленої лабораторної установки проведено дослідження шумодіагностичних характеристик підшипників кочення з застосуванням мастильних матеріалів методом Пік-чинника та співставленням діаграм розвитку дефектів підшипників кочення по їх напрацюванню. Проведене дослідження дає можливість проаналізувати ефективність застосування мастильних матеріалів у підшипниках кочення.With the use of the developed laboratory setting, the researches of noise diagnostic characteristicsof the rolling bearings with the useof lubricants by the Peak-factormethod have been conducted and with thecomparison of the charts of the defects development of the rollingbearingsin their elaboration. The conducted research gives the opportunity to analyzethe effectiveness of the lubricant usage in the rolling bearings
Diagnostyka
The research aimed to assess the lubrication condition of rolling bearings dismounted from previously operated passenger car alternators. The tests measured the vibrations and evaluated the technical condition of the bearings based on selected estimators of the vibration acceleration signal subjected to earlier band-pass filtration in the high-frequency range of 8-10kHz. Next, the bearings have been disassembled, allowing inspection of the lubricant condition for each measured bearings and the visual assessment of individual components. Based on the test results, it was observed that the mean value and standard deviation of considered features of vibration acceleration signals in the 8-10kHz band might be helpful in the classification of the lubrication condition.

As a part of the main research project within the aim of increasing significantly drive axle efficiency, this work focuses on rolling bearing friction torque lubricated with five fully formulated axle gear oils with different viscosity and different formulations. The lubricant tribological behaviour in different rolling bearings was analyzed. A modified Four-Ball Machine was used to test the rolling bearings. The effect of speed, temperature and axial load on rolling bearing friction torque was assessed. Experimental results for the internal friction torque were validated with an SKF model. Direct comparisons in terms of friction torque between axle gear oils when they are lubricating different rolling bearing types are presented and discussed.

Hydraulic sealing systems; Reciprocating seals Definition Nowadays, the sealings of hydraulic cylinders are predominantly implemented by means of sealing systems. Piston and rod seals, guides, and wipers are finely matched components which ensure not only the pressure buildup, but primarily prevent leakages on a sustained basis. The developments in the areas of materials and geometries, a significantly improved understanding of systems, as well as modern simulation possibilities permit maximum performance levels of hydraulic cylinders, commensurate with the respective function: 800 bar, no stick-slip, zero-leakage, or temperatures depending on the material from-50 C to +200 C are feasible with modern sealing systems.

Appropriate lubrication of the rolling bearing is needed to lower the friction between the surfaces in mutual contact and their wear. A lubricant should completely separate the rolling elements from the raceways. The values that affect the efficiency and regimes of lubrication are analyzed in the paper, after which it is introduced a lubrication regime coefficient. This coefficient makes it possible to choose in a simple and fast manner an optimum combination of rolling bearing and lubricant based on the known shaft speed, external load, and rolling bearing operating temperature. For certain bearings with radial contact and certain lubricants, the lubrication regime dependence on the shaft speed and contact load is shown.
Bearings are amongst the frequently used components to be found in rotating machinery. Though inexpensive, their failure can interrupt the production in a plant causing unscheduled downtime and production losses. Many works are found in literature for bearings running under grease lubrication. There is no much importance given for bearings with liquid lubricants. This work intends to illustrate vibration behavior of roller bearings as a function of lubricant viscosity. Experimental tests were conducted in roller bearings, lubricated with mineral oil of three different viscosity grades (ISO 10, 32 and 68) under different loads and shaft speeds. The rms of vibration is determined through the processing and analysis of bearing radial vibration data. This is obtained for each of the conditions, during one hour test run for temperature stabilization. From root mean square (RMS) analysis of the vibration signals, it is identified that specific RMS change caused by the change in lubricant viscosity, which was related to change in oil film thickness. This study predicts that a ball bearing running with oil lubrication shows a better performance with high viscosity oil which reduces the average vibration level as well as increases in minimum oil flim thickness. Fino al Concilio Vaticano II non esistette alcuna teologia peculiare dell'America Latina. Il rinnovamento teologico concomitante al Concilio stesso fece sì che essa si emancipasse dal colonialismo teologico europeo. Quattro cause resero possibile la nascita della Teologia della Liberazione: il contesto politico segnato dalla profonda miseria, dall'estrema povertà, dalla diffusissima ignoranza, dall'oppressione violenta, ingiusta e istituzionalizzata dei ceti al potere verso quelli subalterni; la situazione culturale, caratterizzata dalla presa di coscienza dell'intollerabilità della condizione sociale e internazionale del subcontinente, stigmatizzata dai cattolici e dai protestanti indigeni; l'ambito ecclesiale, in cui matura sempre più l'idea che Cristo sia venuto a combattere e distruggere le diseguaglianza e a liberare l'uomo da ogni schiavitù; il clima teologico, fortemente intriso, paradossalmente, di una teologia europea, che venne così contestualizzata intelligentemente e che aveva già prodotto nel Vecchio Continente la Teologia Politica di Metz e di Moltmann. Ed è proprio questa ultima causa che ci introduce a un primo segreto della Teologia della Liberazione. Infatti, l'albero genealogico, per così dire, della Teologia della Liberazione è un poco diverso da come uno se lo immagina e questo fatto è già noto agli addetti ai lavori anche se è stato spesso oggetto di discussione. Nel 1962 trenta vescovi-quattro europei, venti latinoamericani, cinque asiatici e due canadesi-si riunirono nel Collegio Belga e fondarono il Movimento della Chiesa per i Poveri, come gruppo di pressione per introdurre il tema della povertà nell'agenda conciliare, onde far sì che la Chiesa Cattolica si trasformasse in senso solidale e terzomondista, sotto la guida di Paul Gauthier, teologo perito del cardinale Pierre Gerlier, arcivescovo di Lione e primate di Francia. Gauthier voleva trasformare il Vangelo in uno strumento di emancipazione e rivendicazione sociale, imitando l'analisi marxista. Messo ai margini dei lavori, il Movimento si prese una rivincita e il 16 dicembre 1963 riunì nel Patto delle Catacombe di Domitilla a Roma quaranta padri conciliari, soprattutto francofoni e missionari che, quasi in clandestinità, sottoscrissero un documento in tredici punti, redatto da Helder Camara, vescovo di Recife, e incentrato sul sostegno della Chiesa alla promozione della giustizia sociale-prescritta secondo ricette che sarebbero poi state del tutto soggiogate all'ermeneutica marxista-e alla promozione del pauperismo nel clero. La matrice del documento era ancora una volta belga, perché l'ispiratore di Camara era Leo Suenens, cardinale arcivescovo di Bruxelles e primate del Belgio. Lo stesso Suenens che aveva di fatto dato ospitalità ai seguaci di Gauthier nel Collegio ecclesiastico della sua nazione a Roma. Braccio e mente, Suenens e Camara comunicavano in codice e lavoravano instancabilmente per influenzare il Concilio. Reso noto il testo del Patto, esso fu entusiasticamente sottoscritto da cinquecento vescovi e preti di tutto il mondo, alla fine e dopo la chiusura del Vaticano II. Il programma del Patto fu fatto proprio dalla Conferenza del CELAM di Medellin nel 1968, quando si può dire che nacque la Teologia della Liberazione, perché si sostenne il senso integrale, ossia anche temporale, della Redenzione operata da Cristo. Fu dal Belgio all'America Latina che si diffuse il verbo, grazie anche alle generose elargizioni di Jacques Lannoye, finanziere olandese mondialista amico di Suenens, e dei suoi amici plutocrati socialisti fabiani, arrivate immediatamente dopo la chiusura del Concilio proprio a quello scopo. Alla radice della Teologia peculiare dell'America Latina, quindi, non vi è un movimento indigeno, ma uno di area belga e francofona, che si espandeva anche nel Centro Europa e nell'America del Nord,
