In order to extract relevant information a schedule was developed for personal interview. It was pretested before the start of the research work. For testing the nutritional knowledge, 138 questions related to nutrition impacting health were asked through developed interview schedule. To assess the nutritional status anthropometric and clinical examination were evaluated by personal meeting. Haemoglobin level was estimated by Sahliˈs method through expert lab technician. Significant difference in the knowledge level between boys and girls was observed. Knowledge level of girls was better in comparison to boys. Majority of both boys (86.66%) and girls (63.33%) were within normal BMI range. Among girls there was the case of underweight (23.33%) and overweight (13.34%). Though the percentage of underweight and overweight was opposite to the girls among boys, still there was a vast difference between underweight percentage of girls (23.33%) and boys(3.33%). majority of male and females students (28.33 & 26.66 %) having haemoglobin level in the range of 10-12g/dl followed by 21.66 percent of male comes in the range of 12-16g/dl. In case of female students, 21.66 percent having haemoglobin level in the range of 8-10g/dl and 1.66 percent in the range of 6-8g/dl. Background: Good nutrition is imperative to achieve a better health status. The rate of obesity and related comorbidities is increasing all over the world. The main reasons behind this worse situation are the overconsumption of food groups or exceeding the recommended portion sizes. University life is a period when students are independent in making their food choices. The chances of adopting unhealthy eating behaviors are increased during this tenure. Nutritional knowledge is an important tool in assessing the nutritional status of an individual, group, and community. Objectives: The main objective of the current study was to assess the nutritional knowledge of university-going students. Methods: The pre-tested questionnaire was used to collect the data from the students of the University of Lahore, Pakistan. A total of 300 students participated in this study (150 from the Nutrition Department and 150 from the non-nutrition departments). Demographic data, anthropometric measurements, and total nutritional knowledge (TNK) scores were measured during the 4-month study duration. Additionally, gender-and department-based comparisons of various parameters were performed. The mean TNK of the Nutrition Department students was higher (34.89 ± 0.95/58) than non-nutrition departments (24.05 ± 1.00/58) (P = 0.01). Additionally, the mean TNK of female students was higher (28.53 ± 1.28/58) than male students (27.05 ± 1.27/58) (P = 0.03). Moreover, 61% and 63% of nutrition students were familiar with the relationship between high intake of salt and fats with chronic diseases, respectively. Results: A statistically significant relationship was not observed between gender (P = 0.78) and departments (P = 0.10) with body mass index (BMI). This finding shows that nutritional knowledge alone is not a predictor of the nutritional status (BMI) of an individual. Students, even from the Nutrition Department, failed to transform their knowledge about nutrition into healthy food choices and eating practices. Conclusions: It is necessary to initiate nutrition education programs emphasizing making healthy food choices. Moreover, nutritional knowledge related to dietary guidelines should be incorporated into daily life to remove the disease burden associated with obesity.

The acceleration of migration processes in Central Asia in the Bronze Age created an environment of multiculturalism. Cultural links, social and economic progress ensured the further development of the spiritual thinking of society and led to the formation of the so-called Bull civilization. Images associated with fire occupied a special place in the origin of mythological and religious views formed the spiritual basis of this civilization. The formation of fire as a divine symbol in the spiritual world of a human being or directly as a cult has undergone a long historical process. In particular, a large number of religious buildings and rituals, representing the cult of fire in Central Asia, attracts attention. Fire as a symbol of faith was valued not only in the Zoroastrian religion, which is said to have been formed in Central Asia, but also in the earlier Indo-Iranian faith – the Daevayasna religion. The fact that the place of the bonfire was preserved in the beliefs, spread in Central Asia after Zoroastrianism, is reflected in archaeological and ethnographic materials and, above all, in the cult architecture of the Bronze Age. The article deals with the revealing of the stages of the fire cult formation in Central Asia on the basis of archaeological materials and written sources. The study presents various characteristics of fire worship, "fire reverence", the symbol of which is Mitra. The authors also analyze the general and specific features of fire hymns in such sacred sources as the Avesta and the Rigveda, and shows the evolution of the cult of fire by comparing written and material sources.

Berdasarkan rekomendasi Join National Committee dalam The Eighth Report of Join National Committee on Prevention, Detection, Evaluation and Treatment of High Blood Pressure menyatakan bahwa tekanan darah tinggi (hipertensi) merupakan suatu keadaan dimana tekanan darah seseorang ≥140 mmHg (sistolik) dan/atau ≥ 90 mmHg (Michael et al, 2014)
