Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) is essentially a wireless method of identification of physically placed objects in a certain state space. It is the most emerging technology these days which is becoming the alternate for barcode. Hence this technology is receiving lot of attention comparatively over past few years. RFID technology is used to automatically identify any item or a package. Automatic identification can be done with the help of RFID Tags and RFID Reader units. An RFID tag contains the transponder that can transmit wireless information over short distance. This information is then received by the device called RFID Reader and further processed through middleware infrastructure. Billions of RFID tags are successfully installed worldwide. Tons of RFID Applications are being developed in the various fields like Healthcare, Engineering, Agri-food, Live-stocks etc. for traceability purpose. Familiarization with the benefit and the risk of RFID is important before using this technology. The shadow of this technology has made a huge impact on our daily lives. This text gives the brief review of RFID Technology with discussion on frequency ranges, standards, and applications with emerging innovations.

Radio frequency identification is a contactless technique that uses the radio waves to identify the object uniquely. RFID Tag and Reader are major two parts of the RFID System. Tags are used to store the information about the object and Readers read tag’s stored information when tag enters in the range of the Reader. This paper provides the information regarding the current scenario of the RFID Technology. Aside from the introduction of the working of RFID, discussion is made on major types of the RFID tags and Readers, comparison with Bar code as well as current application areas have been presented.

This paper will describe the technology RFID that is Radio Frequency Identification and gives an overview of the current state of the art in the radio frequency identification (RFID) technology. It also tell how does it work and what are its applications and problems in RFID technology ? This paper presents a few applications that are possible using RFID technology such as locating lost items, tracking moving objects, and others . The convergence of lower cost and increased capabilities made businesses take a hard look at what RFID can do for them. Also its various types are described here.

Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) is a programmed innovation and helps machines or PCs to distinguish objects, record metadata or control singular focus through radio waves. Associating RFID reader to the terminal of Internet, the reader can distinguish, track and screen the articles appended with labels all inclusive, consequently, and progressively, if necessary. This is the supposed Internet of Things (IOT). Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) is an innovation that utilizes correspondence through electromagnetic waves to trade information between a terminal and an electronic label joined to an article, with the end goal of ID and tracking

The study is an attempt to examine the role of Dance Movement Therapy (DMT) in promoting mental wellbeing of adolescent girls by making them self-aware. Dance is a non-verbal mode of communication, and the goal of the study is to learn how it may be used as a communication intervention for the mental health of teenagers. The implications of study explores Dance movement therapy as a community intervention for development communication facilitators and social workers to use this strategy as an ice breaker session. The study employed action research and the data was collected using qualitative methods like focus group discussions, field observation, and key informant interviews. The study also used intimate and in depth DMT approaches in a field workshop conducted by the researcher as a facilitator with 11 adolescent girls from Nithari village. The DMT interventions aid in the integration of abilities such as self-awareness, body awareness and confidence in venting out their inner feelings. Major findings of the study reveals that DMT interventions proved to be an efficient component of participatory media as it has the ability to give instantaneous feedback. The study also revealed that dance movement therapy can act as an effective instrument for fostering community engagement. Key Words: Dance Movement Therapy (DMT), Adolescent Girls, Mental Health, Community Intervention, Participatory Method, Gender
