This paper proposes an innovative, Ecofriendly, simply operated system for cleaning of hazardous and light weight wastage materials on rail roads, which is equipped with cylinders of a typical Internal Combustion engine and centrifugal fans with mechanical gear trains [1] [2]. With simple mechanical actions, we can remove hazardous solid wastes like plastic things and other garbage. In present, human resources are used to remove these wastes from rail roads. To overcome the disadvantages of present system and to protect our environment, we use a pneumatic system here with the least number of moving parts which are very efficient. We can extend its application to any level. Our system has two operations. Both operations are simultaneous and give extra power to the equipment.

Pneumatic actuating systems are an important power system in industrial applications. Due to exhaust loss, however, pneumatic actuating systems have suffered from a low utilization of compressed air. To recycle the exhaust energy, a novel pneumatic circuit was proposed to realize energy savings through recycling exhaust energy. The circuit consisted of three two-position three-way switch valves, which were used to control the exhaust flows into a gas tank or the ambient environment. This paper introduced the energy recovery configuration and working principles and built a mathematical model of its working process. Then, the mathematical model was verified by experiments. Finally, through experiments in which the air supply pressure, the critical pressure and the volume of the gas tank were regulated, the energy recovery characteristics of the pneumatic actuating system were obtained. There is a rapid development in the advancement of foundation these days, yet the Conventional unloaders are utilized to dump the materials like sand, rock, lattice and so forth on building locales. In regular unloader, water powered framework is utilized to push the unloader and dump the material just in back side of the vehicle. According to our study, numerous individuals think that its badly designed in regards to the dumping of vehicle. In regular day to day existence ordinary unloader isn't reasonable to dump the material in smaller spaces. Likewise vehicle can't get adequate turning sweep at little roads .The way toward emptying the unloader turns out to be more basic, impeding and tedious. To manage the issue of turning vehicle and furthermore dumping of a vehicle, a system could be utilized which will figure out how to dump the material three distinctive way.

It is hard to believe that compressed air can be used to drive vehicles. However that is true, and the "compressed air operated car", as it is popularly known, has caught the attention of researchers worldwide. It has zero emissions and is ideal for city driving conditions. MDI is one company that holds the international patents for the compressed air operated car. Although it seems to be an environmentally-friendly solution, one must consider its well to wheel efficiency. The electricity requirement for compressing air has to be considered while computing overall efficiency. Nevertheless, the compressed air vehicle will contribute to reducing urban air pollution in the long run.

Present scenario of the world describes, the crisis of fuel and pollution problem, along with it, conventional sources are about to deplete in near years. So, the search on alternative fuels is on progress and in demand too. Today there are several solutions to meet demand for better economy in fuel and one of them is the concept of pneumatic-hybrids. The project focuses on a hybrid-vehicle driven by air as alternate source to fuel and a battery driven too, to reduce the dependency on conventional sources. In this, compressed air is stored in storage tank/ compressor& pneumatic motor is used for conversion of pressure to mechanical energy. This pneumatic-hybrid vehicle is not only eco-friendly, pollution free but also very economical. An Experimental Analysis to develop a Hybrid Pneumatic Vehicle that works on compressed air. The vehicle is powered by a compressed-air engine and can be later switched to batteries. The vehicle uses a non-renewable and pollution free fuel. A Pneumatic Vehicle is a pneumatic actuator that creates useful work by expanding compressed air. When this compressed air expands, the energy is released to do work. So this energy in compressed air can also be utilized to displace a piston.

Polluting railway tracks causes a lot of problems to both environment and human beings. One of the main problems in the railway is the wastages that are put by the passengers on the railway track. These wastages are collected from railway tracks by manual. Besides, it is also dangerous to work on the track. So, a special simple and innovative product are needed for collecting the scraps or wastes thrown nearby the railway track. This paper is to discuss the fabrication of a model to collect the wastage materials on the railway track without any manual effort to facilitate the clean operation on track by the robust design of waste collecting vehicles. This device is simple in design and low-cost innovative concept to clean the track. This vehicle design is not only used in railway track cleaning, it can also be used in a home or road cleaning.

In the present scenario of world, the engineers having the challenges to find the different ways drive efficient by using the alternative energy sources which are the eco-friendly to environment. The compressed air is used as a source for various operations in the industry and also having the ennivormental friendly. So, the engineers are focused on the compressed air as non-polluting fuel for the vehicles which is termed as pneumatic cars. This paper describes the brief introduction to latest development of pneumatic cars, the efficiency and properties of the compressed air with respect to enthalpy, internal energy, density of the compressed air. The working of the pneumatic car, with the use of the pneumatic actuators that creates useful work by expanding the compressed air, electronic component with simple mechanism. Hence, the pneumatic cars are affordable, safe and future of the automobile industry.

Compressed air as a source of energy in different uses in general and as a non-polluting fuel in compressed air vehicles has attracted scientists and engineers for centuries. Efforts are being made by many developers and manufacturers to master the compressed air vehicle technology in all respects for its earliest use by the mankind. Nowadays, almost every industry is trying to develop light and efficient vehicles. Today, all the the vehicles running on conventional & non-conventional fuels are known for producing a large amount of harmful gases like CO 2 , SO 2 , NO 2 , etc. which acts increases global warming. The motto of our project is to design & fabricate vehicle running on air pressure for material handling in industries and reduce power consumption. It is rear wheel drive. We develop the concept of pneumatic vehicle from pedal operated tricycle. The vehicle looks like three wheeler in which manual operation is replaced by compressed air pressure. The following report gives a brief description of how a compressed air vehicle using this technology was made. While developing of this vehicle, control of compressed air parameters like temperature, energy density, requirement of input power, energy release and emission control have to be mastered for the development of a safe, light and cost effective compressed air vehicle in near future.
Energy can be stored in compressed air form at very high pressures running to a few dozens of atmospheres. The compressed air properly controlled, timed, released through pressure regulators etc., can be used to run Pistons that in turn can drive an engine. This compressed air can be furnished through already available accumulator as well as through an on board compressor. A battery which gets duly charged as per needs on line in a running vehicle through solar energy depending on availability or offline when the vehicle is stationary can support to run a d.c motor too which in turn can drive the vehicle. This works as a redundant system to attend the drive power needs or in managing to reach destinations. Even existing hybrid vehicles can have this stand-by pneumatic power support. In this work a Pneumatic powered accumulator, solar panels(PVC),battery, d.c motor, compressed air driven engine, air compressors main and auxiliary (both compressors reciprocating only) combination is considered to drive a specified vehicle for a defined payload peak. One can expect future pneumatic vehicles with backup battery and with brushless d.c motors (they don't produce carbon dioxide).Battery shall be recharged through solar cells and pneumatic means also. The failures of previous attempts at a pneumatic vehicle may get benefitted from our work. The pneumatically operated vehicle is used to save the non-renewable sources of energy and stop the environmental pollution, which is harmful for human beings. Now a days battery operated vehicles used in all manufacturing industries has disadvantages like high weight, takes more time to charge the battery, critical connection of switches and relays. It requires more maintenance. These problems are solves in pneumatically operated vehicle which has low weight, easy circuits, takes less time for refuelling and requires less maintenance. The Compressed Air Powered Vehicle works on the principle of the compressed Air Technology (CAT). This energy can be utilized for useful purposes.
