This research work has gone far to identify how organizational culture has affected employee's performance in Singapore Telecommunication, in this case the organizational performance has a lot to do with the organization culture. The main aim of the research is to measure and identify how organizational culture affects the performance of its employees. A structured questionnaire was developed using the past literature as the bases, followed by a pilot test to check it validity and reliability as well as normality. Various independent variables was used to measure organizational culture like values, symbols, heroes and ritual and based on this research work the dependent variable is employee's performance. A descriptive research design was used for the purpose of this research work. A survey method was used for the purpose of this research work through survey questionnaire that contains 25 questions which a scale of 1 being disagreed and 5 being agree is being applied. A total of sample of 150 employees was sampled of which 60 of them are senior staff and 40 is from junior staff this is carried out in Singapore telecommunication company as an application of sample method was conveniently used. A descriptive data analysis was applied for the purpose of this research via SPSS 20.This study finds out that organizational culture such as ritual, value and heroes has a huge and significant impact on employee's performance and through this research which shows that symbols has little or no impact on employee's performance. This research work has cleared the fact that frequent ritual activities in the organization has a great and positive impact on employees performance but other studies that are yet to be done on this can be carried out based on different organization that have different organizational cultural system.

Organizational Culture expresses to which extent the members of organization are willing to support each other and also the goals and development of their organization. It has been shown by the organizational psychology to influence important aspect of staff behaviour. Therefore, this study was carried out to measure the association between Organizational culture and Employees' Performance of Eastern Provincial Council Institutions. For this purpose of measuring five variables of organizational culture are considered such as Employee participation, Job security, Supervision, Work environment and Employee benefits. Hundred sample was selected in the method of systemic random sampling from secondary level employees. And also SPSS package used for analysis purpose. The study found that the discussed in five dimensions mostly indicate moderate organizational culture and staff performance. Therefore, it was known from the conclusion, the result shows that managing and improving the organizational culture could contribute to the performance of staff.
The importance of this study is to review on how organizational culture can affect the performance of employees in the organization. After the finding in this research work, the result will be used to improve the current practice in organization in regards to how culture affects its employees performance, moving further the call centers in general and SingTel call center in particular will know how best to use its organizational culture to improve performance.
Objective: This paper focuses on diverse parameters of organizational culture so as to determine and understand the culture of an organization effectively. The parameters are the key to recognize the employee’s mindset towards the organization and the various key factors that are driving the culture of the organization. Moreover it also provides insights on the impact of various parameters on the employee’s performance. Design/methodology/approach: A structured questionnaire is used for the purpose of research. It was divided into the various parameters of organizational culture so as to analyze its impact on the employee’s performance and satisfaction Findings: The paper reflects that the parameters of organizational culture has a major impact on the performance of employees. The organizational culture is a very important aspect of a successful organization. It affects the organizations productivity, efficiency and performance. A strong culture helps in retaining employees and it strengthens the company’s brand. Research limitations: The study is limited only to a certain group of employees Implications: The paper will show direction to the top management of organizations regarding the importance of diverse parameters of organizational culture such that it will impact the performance of employees so as to sustain in the current dynamic competitive era. Originality/value: Marking out the parameters of organizational culture where the management need to work so that the productivity of employees increases.

Organizational culture is an important factor affecting many aspects withinthe organization. Therefore, the aim of this research is to measure the relationship between organizational culture (such as clan, adhocracy, market, and hierarchy) and operational performance in the Tele Account Management Unit of PT. Telkom Indonesia Regional VII Makassar. Through the calculation using statistical tools, it was found that organizational culture had a simultaneous effect on the employee performance. And, the kind of culture implemented in this unit is the market culture.

This present study was an effort to explore the impact of organization culture on employee’s performance. The objectives of study were to determine the relationship between organizational culture and employee’s performance, to find out the gender based differences regarding employee’s performance and to find out the gender based differences regarding organizational culture. Role based performance and organizational culture questionnaires were used. The 20 items questionnaire relating employee’s performance and 17 items concerning organizational culture were used to collect the data for study. Sample of 60 employees were taken from different organizations. Mean, standard deviation, t-test and Pearson correlation were used for statistical analysis. Aim of the study: The relationship between organizational culture and performance has been study and a clear link between them has been identified by certain researcher's research. The main aim of research article is to identify and measure strong relationship between performance and organizational culture. Methodology: Literature review is adopted as methodology to assess the culture of an organization impacts upon process, employees and systems. Findings: Certain dimensions of culture have been identified so far and research shows that value and norms of an organization were based upon employee relationship. The goal of an organization is to increase level of performance by designing strategies. The performance management system has been measured by balance scorecard and by understanding nature and ability of system culture of an organization have been identified. Recommendation: The strong culture of an organization based upon managers and leaders help in improving level of performance. Managers relate organization performance and culture to each other as they help in providing competitive advantage to firms.
— This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of organizational culture on employee performance at Cv. Putra Saleh Anugrah of Samosir Regency. Data analysis method is used simple correlation analysis method, simple linear regression analysis and t-test. The population and sample of this research are all employees at Cv. Putra Saleh Anugrah in Samosir regency with the total number of sample were 25 employees. Based on research analysis, it was found that rcaunt = (0,936)> rtable= (0,413), it concluded that there is a significant relationship between Organization Culture (X) with Employees' Performance (Y) at Cv. Putra of Saleh Anugrah of Samosir Regency. The regression equation is Y = 0.299 + 1.184X. The significance of variable correlation is equal to 12,724. Then the value is compared with ttable with the error rate 5% df = n-2 = 23. The value of ttable= 2.069. In accordance with the requirements of hypothesis testing that tcaunt = (12.724)> ttable (2.069) it is concluded that Organizational Culture (X) has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance (Y) at Cv. Putra Saleh Anugrah Samosir District, hence the research hypothesis accepted.

This research aims to determine the effect of organizational culture on employee performance in PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk (Persero) Witel Sumsel. The company might use the finding of this research to understand how organizational culture could affect employee performance, as well as to understand the importance of organizational culture on performance. Theoretical frameworks used in this research were based on Cameron and Quinn organizational culture theory as independent variable, and Bernardin and Russell performance theory and dependent variable. This research is a quantitative study, which uses simple linear regression technique of data analysis. This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational culture on employee performance, explore the factors that influence an effective organizational culture. This research uses quantitative methods. Processing and hypothesis testing using SPSS version 25. The research location is a government institution in Riau Province. The population in the study were all office employees. In this study, sampling used a saturated sample, that is, if the population is smaller than 100 people, then the population is used as a sample, so that the number of samples studied is 35 employees. the results indicated that Organizational culture significant effect on performance. . It was found that Organizational Culture contributed 26.6% to employee performance, the remaining 73.4% was influenced by factors not examined in this study.
