The value relevance of accounting information, including sustainability reports, is attractive to companies because of its impact on the company's competitiveness. Analyzing the potential factors that have an impact on the disclosure of sustainability reports can provide additional insight for stakeholders about the transparency of corporate actions to mitigate impacts and risks. Sustainability reporting in times of crisis due to the pandemic will be more important than ever to increase trust among all stakeholders. This report presents the national and state results of the NAEP assessment in mathematics and compares them to results from assessments in 2003 and in the first year data were available, usually 1990. In 2005, nationally representative samples of about 172,000 fourth-grade and 162,000 eighth-grade students nationwide participated in that assessment. National Mathematics Results Fourth-graders' average score was 3 points higher, and eighth-graders' average score was 1 point higher in 2005 than in 2003 on a 0 to 500 point scale. The average scores increased since the first assessment year, 1990, by 25 points at grade 4 and by 16 points at grade 8.

After years of observing all kinds of people dealing (or not) with cross-cultural situations, I decided to try to make sense of what was happening to them. I wanted to explain why some people seemed to get a lot better at communicating across cultural boundaries while other people didn’t improve at all, and I thought that if I were able to explain why this happened, trainers and educators could do a better job of preparing people for cross-cultural encounters.

Starting with Minsky (1975) and more widely recognized since Barsalou (1992), (dynamic) frames have become a well-accepted tool to model conceptual knowledge. We begin our comparison with its predecessor model, the feature list, and trace its development into the (dynamic) frame model. Subsequently, we summarize extant frame-style reconstructions of taxonomic change as a paradigmatic application within history and philosophy of science, thus addressing the incommensurability of frameworks, or world-views, from a cognitive historical perspective. We hold that a frame is a sophisticated feature list whose application centrally supports the claim that historically successive taxonomies are comparable.
