The Wrath of God in Biblical Thought The Wrath of God in Biblical Thought prepared by Daniel Keeran, MSW While the Hebrew Bible is repleat with the visitation of God’s wrath or anger, Yeshua comes to save us from divine wrath. If divine wrath is removed or minimized, the reason for the death of Yeshua is diminished. Matthew 3:7 But when he saw many of the Pharisees and Sadducees coming to where he was baptizing, he said to them: “You brood of vipers! Who warned you to flee from the coming wrath?
