La Gamificación: una oportunidad para transformar las realidades Gamification: an opportunity to transform realities Palabras claves: Gamificación; Juego; Propuesta de Gamificación; Herramienta de motivación; Experiencia educativa; Claves; Diseño de propuesta Resumen La Gamificación es un proceso donde entran en juego distintas mecánicas y técnicas propias de la identidad o esencia del diseño de juegos, que tiene como objetivo motivar a los participantes a conseguir propósitos específicos. Hay aspectos que no hacen a una propuesta de Gamificación, en vistas a diseñar una experiencia educativa y formativa. La Gamificación no implica precisamente la creación de un juego, no es un serious game, no es teoría de juegos y tampoco es diseñar fundamentalmente un sistema de recompensas o programas de fidelización.

Kaçınılmaz ve geri dönülemez bir süreç olarak görülen küreselleşmenin çok yüzlü bir kavramdır ancak en önemli yüzü ekonomik ve finansal yüzüdür özellikle son 15 yılda ticaret ve sermaye akışlarında ciddi artışlar ve üretimin yeri, yapısında radikal değişiklikler görülmüştür. Doğrudan yabancı sermaye yatırımları geçen yirmi yıl içinde küreselleşmenin ve dünya ekonomisinin dikkat çeken başlıca özelliğini oluşturmaktadır. 1990'lı yılların başındaki küçük bir durgunluk dönemine rağmen son derece hızlı bir şekilde artmıştır. Birçok ülkeden, birçok sektörden çok sayıdaki işletme geçmişe göre çok daha artan oranda kendi ülkeleri dışında yatırıma yönelmekte ve birçok ülke çokuluslu işletmeleri ülkelerine çekebilmek için rekabet etmektedirler. Gelişmekte olan çok sayıda ülke doğrudan yabancı sermaye yatırımlarını sermaye kaynağı olarak görmektedir. Bu nedenle doğrudan yabancı sermaye yatırımlarını etkileyen faktörlerin incelenmesi son derece yararlı olacaktır.

Existen numerosas referencias y citas antiguas que indican la inquietud por la interpretación del carácter de las personas. Aristóteles y Demetrio anticiparon que la escritura revelaba el carácter. El sistema de la grafología actual fué creado por el abate Juan Hipólito Michón (1.806-1.881), francés, escribe el primer tratado de grafología y da nombre a esta ciencia. Edita su primer libro "Los misterios de la escritura" en 1.870 y en 1.870 funda en París la Sociedad de grafología.

In India, agricultural marketing has witnessed tremendous changes since the last six decades. It plays a crucial role not only in stimulating production and consumption, but also in accelerating the economic development. There are various challenges involved in marketing of the agricultural produce. There is limited access to the market information; literacy level among the farmers is very low, multiple-channel distribution affects pockets of the farmers and the consumers. The Government funding to the farmers is inadequate. A majority of the small farmers depend upon the money lenders/private agencies. There is no effective organized and regulated marketing system for marketing the agricultural produce. The farmers have to face so many constraints in the market for receiving fair price. In India, agricultural marketing is crowded with small traders who operate on a small scale in a limited market segment. There are many agents in-between the producers and the consumers such as wholesalers, retailers, labour contractors and brokers in each market system. Size of their business is very small. They seek large margins on small volume of business. Thus, the channels for marketing of agri-producer remain long and fragmented and lack economics of scale. Generally, an average of four to six transactions take place before the produce reaches the consumers, for each transaction involves cost and some margin for intermediaries.

Database Management System or DBMS in short refers to the technology of storing and retrieving users' data with utmost efficiency along with appropriate security measures. DBMS allows its users to create their own databases as per their requirement. These databases are highly configurable and offer a bunch of options. This tutorial explains the basics of DBMS such as its architecture, data models, data schemas, data independence, E-R model, relation model, relational database design, and storage and file structure. In addition, it covers a few advanced topics such as indexing and hashing, transaction and concurrency, and backup and recovery.
