No matter how dark it is today, things will always better tomorrow."-Justin Kan, Justin.TV.Startup businesses have always played an important role in the global economy, but recently their importance has grown significantly. For this reason, governments around the world have amended regulation and created incentives to encourage their development. However, statistics shows that startups have an extremely high mortality rate, often due to a lack of strategic planning, wrong marketing investments or inefficient resource allocation. This paper is the success story of an Indian startup, Ola Cabs. As the competition in the Radio Taxi market is increasing at a very faster rate where several brands are providing cabs to the customers as per the requirements, this paper is designed to study the success story of Ola cabs which has the greatest market share and provides services in an efficient manner along with customer satisfaction. The Marketing strategy and promotion strategy adopted by Ola Cabs is discussed briefly in this article.

Coalescence of the labia minora is defined as partial or complete adhesion of the labia minora. Complete labial fusion is a rare condition in adults. Coalescence of the labia minora generally occurs in early childhood and in prepubertal girls. It is a rare entity in women of childbearing age, except in cases of hypo oestrogenism. In general, micturition dysfunction is a rare complication of labia minora coalescence. We report the case of an 18- year-old female with complete and severe labia minora coalescence complicated by bladder retention. Using light as fil rouge reuniting theology and ritual with the architecture, decoration, and iconography of cultic spaces, the present study argues that the mise-en-scène of fifth-century baptism and sixth-century episcopal liturgy was meant to reproduce the luminous atmosphere of heaven. Analysing the material culture of the two sacraments against common ritual expectations and Christian theology, we evince the manner in which the luminous effect was reached through a combination of constructive techniques and perceptual manipulation. One nocturnal and one diurnal, the two ceremonials represented different scenarios, testifying to the capacity of church builders and willingness of Late Antique bishops to stage the ritual experience in order to offer God to the senses.
