Ontologies are a way to express semantics of concepts in a formal way. IPROnto is an ontology of the Digital Rights Management (DRM) domain. It has been specified to facilitate the development of e-commerce applications that need to be aware of rights associated to specific multimedia content. The paper describes the ontology and its possible uses. Since we started this work in the context of MPEG-21 standardisation, we are currently progressing in the development of applications that follow the DRM MPEG-21 standards, such as a REL (Rights Expression Language) and a RDD (Rights Data Dictionary), and aligning our ontology to those specifications. 1

Digital contents distributed over the internet are regulated by law and by technical management systems. The latter include a semantic component that describes licenses, i.e. rights of use which are granted to the user. These elements of Digital Rights Management (DRM) systems are called Rights Expression Languages (REL), they gather terms and relations needed to build licenses. Some are based on an ontology of online licenses, not necessarily related to applicable law and various legal systems, and cannot interoperate. As a consequence, there is a need for a more generic way to express licenses. Here, generic means that rightholders should only need to express the license they need once, and semi-automatic tools should then translate this license so it can be browsed by any specific system. Hence it implies the necessity to be able to model concept semantics in order to translate a license expressed in generic terms into more specific terms that are compliant with the specific standards used by distribution systems. This work comes as part of larger studies on legal ontologies, legal systems and RELs.

The history of the campaigns of the Napoleonic Kingdom of Italy mainly has been reconstructed through the analysis of the memoirs and the ministerial documentation. However, we believe that another kind of documents can be used for the purpose: the institutional records of the military commanders. For this reason we wanted to enlighten the first institutional approach of the Kingdom of Italy to the military history. Thus, we studied the introduction of an institution on the model of the French Dépôt de la Guerre in the Kingdom. We analysed the troubled path of the birth of this office of topographical and historical nature, and we have shown the relationship between this military structure and the historical Journals, a type of source that represents the Italian commanders' point of view on the Napoleonic campaigns. In the second part of the work we analysed the historical Journals conserved in the Italian archive, in order to make the documentation more accessible to the future researchers. In our opinion, this kind of document can give a useful integration to the knowledge of the Kingdom's campaign. Finally, we also emphasized the propagandistic use that some Italian generals had made of the historical memory developed in this institution by their personal preparation of the Journals, for their own personal gain (above all, the general Domenico Pino).

Başur Höyük in southeast Turkey lies at a critical crossroads linking Mesopotamia, Anatolia, and Caucasia. The site was excavated as part of the Ilısu Dam and Hydroelectric Power Plant (HEPP) project rescue excavations. During the Early Bronze Age I (3100-2900 BCE), a cemetery was created in an area previously occupied by an Uruk settlement. A stone cist grave and accompanying outer area contained several burials. Bodies interred outside the main stone chamber are thought to be the victims of human sacrifice as part of a retainer burial practice previously documented at Arslantepe and Ur. The grave contexts host an assemblage of personal ornaments that were deposited with those interred both inside and outside the stone chamber. This article considers the more than 30,000 recovered beads in light of social context, material procurement, use and value, technology, and relative differences in status of the occupants of the grave. The data are used to identify both how different identities were structured by the Early Bronze Age I residents of Başur Höyük and how the location of the site at a meeting point of trade routes and regional powers influenced material culture and social behavior in the region. 1 introduction Başur Höyük in southeast Turkey is a mound settlement measuring 250 x 150 m with a 15 m depth of cultural deposits (fig. 1). It was excavated from 2007 to 2019 within the scope of the rescue excavations of the Ilısu Dam Project under the scientific guidance of Haluk Sağlamtimur. The earliest recorded artifacts are ceramics of the 7th millennium BCE; the stratified deposits date between the Early Chalcolithic and the Medieval periods. A Late Uruk settlement that occupied the south part of the mound was abandoned toward the end of the 4th millennium BCE, following which the area was used for burials at the beginning of the Early Bronze Age. Eighteen Early Bronze (EB) I graves were found during the rescue excavation, although this does not represent the full extent of the cemetery. No settlement of the Early 1 The work presented here was carried out within the scope of Tübitak Project Number 119K780, "Investigation of Cultural Change and Interregional Interaction in Upper Tigris Region at the End of the 4th and the Beginning of the 3rd Millennium BC in the Light of Data from Başur Höyük. This research is on the influence of perceived organizational support and psychological contract breach on work engagement among employees (a case study of selected health centers in Obafemi Owode Local Government). This study investigates how social exchanges modify the influence of perceived organization support and psychological contract breach on work engagement among employee. It presents three concurrent hypotheses, based on theoretical interaction effects of social exchanges (conceptualized as social exchange relationships, perceived organizational support) and trust. Data were collected from a sample of 200 (Two Hundred) employees in selected health centers in the Obafemi Owode Local Government. Five (5) Hypothesis and correlations were tested using Pearson Correlation and Regression Correlation Coefficients. The result indicates significant positive relationship between perceived organizational support and work engagement and a significant negative relationship between psychological contract breach and work engagement. Perceived organizational support predicted 14% variance on work engagement; psychological contract breach predicted 11% variance on work engagement and perceived organizational support and psychological contract breach significantly and jointly predicted 18% variance on work engagement. The findings of this study were discussed and research and the implication report The present study will help organizations that wish to improve work engagement in recognizing the significance of the perceived organization support and psychological contract breach on work engagement. Therefore organization should be note the following: 1) Focus on employees’ perceptions of the support they receive from their organization 2) understand the importance of social exchange, and provide employees with resources and benefits that will oblige them to reciprocate with higher levels of engagement; 3) Understand that employee engagement is a long-term and on-going process that requires continued interactions over time; 4) View engagement as a broad organizational and cultural strategy that involves all levels of the organization, including leaders who model the way. Recommendation This research should help employer understand the influence of perceived organizational support and psychological contract breach on work engagement. Also employee should also beware of their responsibility to fulfill the contract between them and organization. Further research should be done on organizational citizenship behavior. More research should be done on the right of both the employees and employer of an organization. The finding of this research could be practicalized; that is as a tool in helping to identify other areas of problems affecting productivity in an organization. More research should be done on this and many more to give an adequate insight into the world of work engagement.

In the Westphalian cities of Münster and Osnabrück, the Peace Congress of Westphalia worked out a series of peace treaties signed in 1648. These treaties ended the Eighty Years’ War (1568–1648) between Spain and the emerging Dutch Republic, and the Thirty Years’ War (1618–1648) in the Holy Roman Empire. They established the independence of Switzerland from the Empire and changed the system of political order in Europe. For nearly half a decade, between 1643 and March 1649, the congress brought together a total of nearly 300 envoys (ambassadors, residents, agents), representing European powers and Imperial estates of different size and political importance. Their peace negociations and their interactions constituted a distinct sphere of diplomatic conflicts and rivalries, with complex external relations to the European capitals, to political leaders and political factions in different parts of Europe. This contribution sketches a typology of these conflicts and rivalries, depicts the forms of communication and media the actors used, describes how their intellectual backgrounds influenced their “Streitkultur” and deals with the techniques that the congress developed to overcome or at least to neutralize conflicts and rivalries in favour of an overall peace agreement.
