In ultimul timp au luat amploare cercetările cu referire la evaluarea formativă. Prezenţa constantă a evaluării formative in invăţământul universitar explică, fără indoială, locul central al acesteia in procesul instructiv-educativ. Evaluarea formativă apare ca o strategie nouă in educaţia postmodernă, care permite studenţilor să-si dezvolte competenţe pentru a deveni autonomi in invăţare. Evaluarea formativă prezintă valoare in invăţământul universitar, reiesind din caracterul ei de diagnoză, remediere si corecţie a procesului de predare–invăţare. Fiind axată pe invăţare, evaluarea formativă este importantă in invăţământul universitar datorită feedback-ului reali­zat intre profesori si studenţi; in rezultat, evaluarea formativă reprezintă, pe de o parte, remedierea procesului didactic pentru atenuarea dificultăţilor intâmpinate de către studenţi si, pe de altă parte, reglarea procesului de predare–invăţare. Esse versus Habere-The Duality of Human Will 1. Man's existence for "to be" or for "to have", depends on how he understands his meaning in the world. This study aims to offer the reader an orthodox view on these two terms, in the hope that it touches the existential substance of contemporary man. When man "stole" deification, possession (of having) became an existential archetype in his physical structure. The serpent bound the soul of the primordial man to a phantasmagoria, a magical deification. The principle of possession expresses man's desire to transform the world into an object of consumption. The fundamental difference between possession and being is that things are worn out by their use, while the being exercised day by day develops to perfection. The need of transcendence, intrinsic to man, has undergone an ontological change that has found naive compensation in the field of technology. Fathers of the desert teaches us to evaluate the world through an unpassionate perception. The evangelical and patristic precepts put in contrast the desire for spiritual growth with a desire possession. This vision of detachment, gives man a sort of discernment that makes him responsible in relation to God, nature and to himself. St. John Chrysostom, recommends the desert as a pedagogical school against passions. The decision of the monks to go to the wilderness was motivated by both the desire to give up the world, possessions and honours, and to fully belong to God. In conclusion, compulsive opening to possessions and objects is mental and not spatial. The contemporary man needs to reflect on what really matters in an ephemeral world.

Acute appendicitis is the most frequent cause of acute abdomen. In this paper we present the management for diagnosis and treatment according to our experience in this disease. We made a exposure of the clinical forms and we proposed some algorithms for a better aproach of these cases. We performed also a review of the literature.

One of the most important values of a medical practice is the human resource. Therefore, medical offices, smaller or larger, need to have some knowledge about human resource management. We also need to know and observe the development of medical education system because it prepares the professionals with whom we will inherently collaborate. The interest in what happens in medical education should not disappear once we have completed our vocational training. We need to be involved in developing regulations for the acquisition of new skills and the way they can be practiced safely.

In the context of current technological, social and economic changes, entities face several challenges aimed at further developing the key role of supplier of high quality products and services. These include the need to meet future consumer demands and develop production processes that increase labor productivity and reduce costs. Adequate and qualified human resources are essential to ensure quality production and implement more efficient production processes based on new technologies. As a result, the analysis of human resources is essential to achieve the economic-financial objectives of the entity and to enable the entities to face current and future challenges. The present paper provides an analysis of human resource provision through the lens of quantitative, qualitative and structural changes made within the entity. At the same time, the method of analyzing the stability of human resources through indicators of labor force fluctuation and circulation was exposed.

În articol este descris cadrul formativ de facilitare a adaptării psihosociale la vârsta adolescenței, prin valorile experimentale comparate la etapele de test-retest, în cadrul experimentului formativ, pentru adaptarea psihosocială, adaptabilitatea psihosocială și componentele: acceptare de sine, acceptarea celorlalți, confort emoțional, internalitate, tendințe de dominare. Se prezintă scopul programului formativ "Facilitarea adaptării psihosociale a adolescentului", descrierea eșantionului, modul de selectare a adolescenților pentru grupul experimental și grupul de control, precum și unele detalii cu privire la ședințele realizate în cadrul trainingului (perioada, durata). Rezultatele incluse în lucrare demonstrează că aplicarea acţiunilor organizate în scopul facilitării și accelerării adaptării psihosociale a personalităţii adolescentului au adus la majorarea indicilor medii obținuți pentru adaptarea psihosocială și adaptabilitatea psihosocială, în grupul experimental, ceea ce a făcut să deducem confirmarea ipotezei, conform căreia am presupus că aplicând programe de intervenţie psihologică poate fi facilitată adaptarea psihosocială la vârsta adolescenței. Astfel, constatăm impactul pozitiv al programului cercetării asupra factorilor care reliefează dimensiunile: motivațională și valorică, a controlului, metacognitivă, emoționalreglatorie, de evaluare și autoevaluare.
