The propose of this research is to review the IS adoption model that can be applied to Enterprise 2.0 such as including social networks, virtual community (group discussion), cyber meetings, online chat, enterprise social software, social commerce, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and project management. The systematic literature review (SLR) method used in this research is proposed by Kitchenham in 2004. This research reviewed 257 research papers and then selection process used the inclusion criteria based on the title and abstract, and it selected 47 paper. In the selection process used inclusion criteria for full text and it produced 19 paper. Then in the final stage or the 3rd stage, the selection used exclusion criteria and produce 15 papers. As conclusions, IS adoption model adopt some theories such as TOE framework, TAM, UTAUT, TOS, diffusion innovation theory and social capital theory. Some factors that affect the adoption of this model are technology, organization, en...

The Cape Colony of the eighteenth century was one of the most prosperous regions in the world. This paper shows that Cape farmers prospered, on average, because of the economies of scale and scope achieved through slavery. Slaves allowed farmers to specialise in agricultural products that were in high demand from the passing ships -notably, wheat, wine and meat -and the by-products from these products, such as tallow, skins, soap and candles. In exchange, farmers could import cheap manufactured products from Europe and the East. Secondly, the paper investigates why the relative affluence of the early settlers did not evolve into a high growth trajectory. The use of slaves as a substitute for wage labour or other capital investments allowed farmers to prosper, but it also resulted in severe inequality. It was this high inequality that drove the growthdebilitating institutions posited by . The immigration of Europeans was discouraged after 1717, and again during the middle of the century, while education was limited to the wealthy. Factor endowments interacted with institutions to create a highly unequal early South African society, with long-term development consequences.
This paper discusses the importance of considering both process and product-oriented evaluation methods for didactic purposes. This will provide teachers with useful information in order to value and strengthen student’s translation competence, and will result in a more effective translation process and a more adequate translation product, based on the translation brief from a functional perspective. To this end, a didactic evaluation instrument is proposed, which implements a holistic approach to the process and both a holistic and analytic approach to the product. This proposal stems from the evaluation instrument currently used in the Universidad Chileno-Británica de Cultura (UCBC), which focuses on the product and, therefore, does not properly assess the translation competence acquisition. Key words: evaluation for didactic purposes, process-oriented, product-oriented, translation competence, translation brief, functional perspective, holistic approach, analytic approach.
Drawing upon the disciplines of creativity studies and Christian spirituality, I propose to study the relationship between creativity and spirituality in the printmaker, Fritz Eichenberg (1901-1990). Fritz Eichenberg was born in 1901 to a Jewish family in Cologne, Germany, and studied book illustration at the Academy of Graphic Arts in Leipzig. He emigrated with his wife to the United States in 1933 and embarked on a career as an illustrator of classic literary works by authors such as Fyodor Dostoyevsky, Leo Tolstoy, Edgar Allen Poe, Jane Austen and the Brönte sisters. In the wake of recovering from paralyzing depression after his wife’s sudden death, he converted to Quakerism (the Society of Friends) in 1940. He met Dorothy Day, co-founder of the Catholic Worker movement, in 1949 and began to contribute illustrations to The Catholic Worker newspaper, including his most well-known work, Christ of the Breadlines. In this dissertation, I propose that a major incentive for Fritz Eichenberg’s voluntary artistic contributions to the Catholic Worker was that it provided a milieu wherein he could develop his artistic persona of the “artist on the witness stand,” an observer testifying against social injustices. This copy contains only the text of the introduction and conclusion of the dissertation to provide an overview of the whole. Materials from the chapters are not included here because they may be published at later dates or because permission to distribute Fritz Eichenberg’s art in such a manner has not been requested.
