Trametes versicolor is a common upper polyporus fungus whose mycelial development is influenced by temperature, pH, and media composition. The aim of this research was to optimize temperature, pH, carbon, and nitrogen sources for the mycelial growth of the white rot fungus T. versicolor HBB 7328, which has significant potential for green energy applications due to its enzymatic activities. The study found that the fungus exhibited maximum mycelial growth (8.24 mm/day) at 30 ºC and at pH 7 (6.34 mm/day). Among various carbon sources, maltose led to the highest mycelial growth rate of 10.62 mm/day, while malt extract was the best nitrogen source, supporting a growth rate of 8.96 mm/day. Screening for enzymatic activities revealed that T. versicolor HBB 7328 was positive for laccase, cellulase, protease, and xylanase enzymes. Notably, it exhibited high laccase activity (50.167 U/mL) when analyzed quantitatively. These findings are crucial for the development of pure cultures and further studies on the enzymatic activities of T. versicolor HBB 7328. The high enzymatic activity, especially of laccase, points to its potential in biotechnological applications, such as in the biodegradation of pollutants and the production of biofuels, contributing to the advancement of green energy solutions.

The Routledge Handbook of Classics and Cognitive Theory is an interdisciplinary volume that examines the application of cognitive theory to the study of the classical world, across several interrelated areas including linguistics, literary theory, social practices, performance, artificial intelligence and archaeology. With contributions from a diverse group of international scholars working in this exciting new area, the volume explores the processes of the mind drawing from research in psychology, philosophy, neuroscience, and anthropology, and interrogates the implications of these new approaches for the study of the ancient world. Topics covered in this wide-ranging collection include: cognitive linguistics applied to Homeric and early Greek texts, Roman cultural semantics, linguistic embodiment in Latin literature, group identities in Greek lyric, cognitive dissonance in historiography, kinesthetic empathy in Sappho, artificial intelligence in Hesiod and Greek drama, the enactivism of Roman statues and memory and art in the Roman Empire. This ground-breaking work is the first to organize the field, allowing both scholars and students access to the methodologies, bibliographies and techniques of the cognitive sciences and how they have been applied to classics.
There are several ways to look at an added variable plot. We outline below what an added variable plot is and some of the different ways to approach it.
The emergence of digital libraries and access to information has led to the emergence of models of the questions that are raised about the feasibility of such systems in developing countries in the context of the shift towards globalization of information services. The debate has focused on whether the emergence of digital libraries will benefit developing countries or in fact deepening social inequality. Questions about whether digital libraries will improve teaching and research results at universities in developing countries was also raised, and therefore helps to reduce the existing information gap between developed and developing countries. This study aims to measure the extent of education and scientific research in the Jordanian academic institutions, which are being strengthened and supported through the implementation of digital library services and their potential to provide such services output. This study used a number of faculties of Jordanian universities, a faculty of medicine at the University of Jordan, Pharmacy - Hashemite University, Engineering at the University of Science and Technology of Jordan, Management and Economics at Yarmouk University, Human Sciences in Al-Balqa Applied University. This study is based on the 6 survey method field, which is the best way to measure performance in this type of study, used the method of resolution as a key tool for research and data collection, and was distributing 400 copies of the questionnaire to a sample study of the professors, and graduate students, and students in grades ending of undergraduate, as well as staff. It was adopted and analysis (396) questionnaire, and neglected the remaining four for lack of integration of their data. The results showed that weakness of media outlets in the definition of the users of the importance of digital libraries, which was reflected on the lack of experience of the users to take advantage of them and invest her properly. The study recommended to achieve the expected success of the project Digital Library, and the highest amount of interest to the researchers, must provide full and free texts for research and other digital sources, it is still a high proportion of those sources in the rules of international information that was to link to request financial amounts.

Although individual commercial thermoelectric module has been widely investigated and its cooling behavior is clear, jointed thermoelectric modules show completely different cooling behavior and higher coefficient of performance (without the change of input electrical power) which requires further study. At the first step of this research, cooling characteristics of 2-jointed, 4-jointed and 6-jointed thermoelectric modules are experimentally evaluated and discussed under the same range of input electrical power. In the same total input electrical power, 6-jointed TEM (thermoelectric module) provided around 100% higher COP (coefficient of performance) than the 2-jointed TEM which was significant. Cooling behavior of different-number jointed TEM (in the same input power) are analyzed and discussed in this paper. In the second step of this research, the COP of 6-jointed TEM cooler (selected from the first step) has been increased again by proposition of two new techniques based on the modification of the popular rectangular-fin heat sink. Attempts are made to further enhance the COP of the system by two methods including "perforating technique" and "spring wire technique" through a Peltier air cooler which have not been proposed before. In the same electrical power input, perforating technique enhanced the thermal performance of the Peltier air cooler around 50% (totally 150% compared to the 2-jointed TEM with simple heat-sink) and the use of spring-wire between the fins of heat-sink improved the COP around 130% (totally 230% compared to the 2-jointed TEM with simple heat-sink). Exact explanation of the quality/quantity and improvement reasons of each technique are described in this paper for different working conditions of the cooler.
