Baby Love

Hello, crafty friends! It's Karen here, fluttering in to share a sweet little Welcome Baby card. Is there anything more precious than baby love? ♥︎
To celebrate the new arrival, I have used several of Wild Orchid Crafts' dreamy blues. The pastel and antique blue blossoms are a favorite of mine (especially for wintry creations). ♥︎
For a trio of larger delights, I have paired the new Lotus with a Trellis Rose and a Magnolia. The Mixed Pastel Magnolias collection is truly magnificent. ♥︎ For additional touches of blue, I nestled in Aster Daises, Lilies, and Cherry Blossoms.
Thank you for visiting and I wish you a wonderful day!

Hugs,
Karen ♥︎

Santa is coming to town

Hi everyone! Here comes a lollipop card I have made for you.
I have used different gorgeous Christmassy flowers from Wild Orchid Crafts.

I have used the brand new papers from Maja Design,
and the Joyous Winterdays.
Also the Santa is from that collection.
The match the flowers well, I think :)

The texts are from Stempelglede and the Collection Julerose (Christmas rose).
The Vintage Seam Binding is in the colour Light Beige. But I have sprayed them with a mix of Distress Ink and Water.

The large flower is from the
Pretty Flori Flowers - Green & Red.
I have added some White Gesso on to the flowers.

And here I have mixed the Mixed color Cherry Blossom
with some pinecones.
I hope you liked my Christmas inspiration!
Have you started making your Christmas cards yet?

Here is the list of products I have used:

Provence gift envelope

Hello dear friends! Evgenia Petzer with you today and I am showing you the provence style gift envelope that can be gifted to some person.
To put the gift card or the money inside you simply need to slide the left part on the side  (which while one secures it in the closed position) and then it can be opened.
some close ups:
absolutely love the effect that flower soft gives to the flower projects. This time I was following the lavender collar scheme...

Cute Baby Card

Hello to you all crafty souls!

Today it´s Thursday and my turn again to inspire you a bit with some gorgeous flowers!
We have a lovely young couple as neighbors and they recently gave birth to their second daughter. Along with some baby clothes they got this cute card from our family.

For my baby card I used papers from Bo Bunny and Doodlebug. I often use my sewing machine when I make cards. I think it looks so well made with the stiches.

In addition to all beautiful flowers I also added some die-cutted elements. Behind the cute teddy bear from Prima I used a die from Spellbinders. I also added some greenery, in pink and blue, from Memory Box and Marianne Design.

I think it´s nice to add some blue to all the pink. When you don´t have fitting blue flowers in your stash what´s more perfect than to make some with Foamiran! I used the Ivory sheet and colored it with some dry chalk. I used blue on the petals and a hot pink for the center. I also used the nice chunky stamens from the mixed packaging.

In the section with farbric flowers you find this really cute and sheer flowers in white. I used the same blue chalk on them as I used on my Foamiran.

Thank you for visiting the Wild Orchid Ctafts blog today!

Hugs from Ulrika!
