• Confirm with Debbie what needs to be done
• When we finish categorization, tell Alex so he can pull numbers and send budget values to Mark for IRS forms for 501(c)(3)

Conflict of interest

• Disclose conflicts of financial interest to the board and put them in the minutes
• Two steps: 1) potential conflict of interest and 2) board decides it's a conflict of interest
• A ownership/work relationship with any entity that OSM US is doing financial transactions with
• When we're all present, we can declare our potential conflicts of interest and discuss them as a board
