Scrummy Stash Cafe " Material" Challenge.

This weeks Challenge ta the Scrummy Stash Cafe http://scrummystashcafe.blogspot.com/ has been set by Samm http://samm-l.blogspot.com/ and is Material. "I would like you to use material on your project, somewhere, somehow. This could involve felt, velvet, silk, any sort. Make it a card, layout, Christmas decoration, your choice, any craft project........." I made this card a while ago but thought I would share it with you any way. The image is from a compilation C.d of Victorian pin ups which I decoupaged and overlayed the drapes in the background with red chiffon.Ive matted the completed image onto a rectangle of card overlaid with the same chiffon. the fan is made with an outline sticker backed onto red card and trimmed with the red feathers. The fan flaps up so you can still see her in all her glory!!!!!!!
