FEE ELF the Christmas Light Inspector #25

Oh the joys of dolly making sometimes. Most folks have no idea how some designs just fight you tooth and nail. At every turn with this little elf she was most naughty. What a difficult birth this one was. LOL From the painting to the lips, to the dressings, She didn't like any frock I presented her with. Rejected just about everything. I had to consult another designer to get ideas that miss Fee might like. Now that she is here she is tuckered and frazzled looking. I win! LOL Thank you my friend for HOLDING MY HAND!!! YOu know who you are!!! WINK*

Miss Fee can be found on ebay. I do hope that you get a smile and tug at your heart as even though she was difficult she is so very sweet and tame now.
Have a Very SAFE and Happy HOliday making Memories.

Scarlet

Scarlet is very pleased to meet you. Named for the flower Scarlet. She happens to be Cornelia's little sister. She is enjoying some old fashioned gummy worms and hoping to win a new home on ebay.
She measures 9 inches tall and 15 inches long. Adapted from a Kentucky primitives pattern. Has glorious flaming red hair(*WINK*). Love the retro fabric for her skirt. All the same attention to detail as her sister was made. Just a bit different. This dolly is just waiting to be hugged.
Hope you have a week. I am off to spend time with my folks.

Presenting "Cornelia"

Cornelia says" Too many sweets just make ya sweeter!"

That is my story and I am sticking to it. Oh this dolly cracks me up. Everytime I look at her I think of the song by Queen- Fat bottom girls. LOL
She has such a sweet face on her. I have placed her for SALE on my PFATT marketplace site that opens tomorrow. She is 9 inches tall and almost 14 inches long. I used a pattern by Kentucky primitives for the body. The rest is just special Pea touches.

Well no rest for the wicked. I must be up to something awful. LOL I have to go make 3 more dollies and a few other goodies. Wish me luck and sleep sometime this week.

Oh I am so tickled with this little set. It took me long enough. This little head has been staring at me since the end of MAY! MY G.F. has been bugging me to get it done but it just wouldn't come to life. I wasn't in the right mind to get it done till now. I am glad that I waited. Am so happy with the way they turned out.
I listed them last night on ebay. Look to the right for my eBay link.

Off to work on another dolly. I need to stop goofing off this year and get to work!
Have a great week

Oh goodness

it took a longgggggg time to get something done... But better late then never they say. Who said that anyway? Oh I know, MOM! LOL
So here is a sneak peek of my latest projects. I had so much fun making these and they really did turn out so sweet. They are a original One of a kind and they are called "DING BATS" I just love the name and they are the sweetest of stick friends. Some have blue eyes and some have green. Would look wonderful stuck to your favorite witch or spookey Hallow's eve center piece.
I only have the five of them available. If you are interested just drop me a line at
[email protected]
Off to work I go. Have to get going on some new projects. Doll heads a calling saying they want bodies. So demanding that bunch in there.

TA DA! Whew ... It is all done finally!!!

Well Folks it is done. Good Lord this one took a long time. I am most pleased with the final outcome. I think it is just so neat.
There ended up being a total of NINE pieces in this set. That includes Sam's Flag.
There is Sam the Poppa of the group. Little Sam Jr. and of course Miss Lib. Let us not forget the family Pet eagle-Washington. They each have bells in their hands. This is for the history lesson that Sam is giving the youngins. When they hear the words: Freedom, Liberty, or Happiness they ring those bells.
This set will be listed on Ebay on Sunday. Watch for it there.
Thank you to my friends for their help and support during the making of this piece. YOu know WHO you are!

Sneak Peek.. Works continued

Yah! I got one more piece to this set done. This will be the last peek till the set is complete. Do ya think you have it all figured out yet? I guess we will all have to be surprized. Me included-LOL. Not even I know what this set will look like complete. I do have a idea, but ya never know.
Meet Little Lib. She is Jr.'s big sister. She was born first but just couldn't decide what to wear. LOL I am sure all of us girls can relate to that! Features her little crown made from paper that looks like a page from the old Sears catalog from years ago. Trimmed in glass glitter. Every girl even a prim one needs a bit of bling.
So now I am off to finish this set. I hope I have you excited to see more.. I know I am.
Blessings to you and yours,Pea

What is in the works.....

I have been working on this big piece with about 7 pieces in it for about a week now. I am finally seeing some progress and thought I would share. This is the eagle in the set and is adapted from a Country Cupboard pattern. Inspirational direction came from the wonderful faces of Dog Patch Patty on ebay.
This piece will be listed on ebay soon. I will announce it on here when I have it listed along with more pictures of the whole piece.
Have a very safe and Happy Holiday.

Her name is Tibit and she is just the sweetest tiny little thing. She is more prim then she appears. Busy as can be flying around the studio.
I have to get going, creating the next piece and it is gonna be a BIG ONE. Shocked ya huh? LOl

One of My favorite things

I LOVE to hand sew my items. Now I don't hand sew everything. Penny work is all done by hand and I find it most relaxing . This is a piece that I did awhile ago. It is made from heavy wools and wool felts. It is perfect for framing in a 14 x 18 and I get those size frames at Wally world. I will be listing this piece on ebay sometime this week. So watch for it there.
Blessings, Pea
