Moreover, we have considered modes of expression and awareness emerging in diverse cultures to be found at widely separated places on the planet. These, however, are not possibilities peculiar to “others” located “elsewhere” within the indifferent grid of three-dimensional, homogeneous space. Instead, their very difference is co-inscribed along with the ineluctable identity of our shared eco-home. The task of our investigation has accordingly been to open multifarious dimensions of access to our own and only true dwelling—the open region between Earth and sky—in all of its originary immediacy. And this requires a world awareness that can partner a wild cosmos, allowing it to shine through the dark and furious night, the pounding waves, the sky-blue flowers heavy with bees, the murmur of the fragrant fluttering breeze, the shadows dancing with the sun as the world silently sings a resonant, radiant “welcome home.”

In other words, a textually established system can be reconstructed and preserved in a text, but the way of life of a living organism can be recovered and preserved only in another living organism that can be seen as a kind of resonator, a certain shared understanding and consciousness able to conceive one or another stratum of ancestral experience. It does not matter that an old cosmology, agriculture, or way of life is not today directly applicable in its primordial form. Reintegrated into today's world through reflection, they can open up in unexpected, newly reborn forms of life that preserve our ancestors' distinctive thinking.

Unsurprisingly, artificial intelligence-based quality management models are being introduced in manufacturing, only in niche, narrow areas, mostly for tracking product defects or identifying local quality defects. However, detecting the defect stage already is a late stage of the problem, which is almost always associated with a loss. Here comes the importance of prediction of problems or identifying of problematic patterns at an early stage before having production losses. Such attempts are rare and require a special approach. This type of module is needed for wide range problem forecasting in manufacturing. It should be configurable and clear not only by narrow area professionals, but also by medium-sized factory technologists who can configure such a system themselves to control their production quality risks. So here we are developing an approach whose strengths would be its simplicity, comprehensibility, fastness, and accessibility in its training, allowing us to understand why in one case or another the system predicts one decision or another.

At the same time, paradoxically, it has been narrowed as thinking itself has become narrower and impoverished. Thinking has been pushed away by knowledge in almost all areas of the living world. Instead of thinking, modern man is becoming more and more curious. The acquisition of massively produced knowledge has become a form of consumption or even of entertainment. New theories that appear every day and reveal the failures of the previous ones only emphasize the limitations and fragmentation of the attitude itself. Although such knowledge is useful in solving practical local tasks, its universal validity is unfounded. What is needed is a more open consciousness which is able to reconcile different modes of experience. The rejection of ancient spiritual contemplating traditions and desacralization have impoverished the ability to express reality. This paper presents—as an attempt to recreate contemplative thinking—the conceptions of Martin Heidegger and Shinichi Hisamatsu, two thinkers living in different cultures. The paper pays a special attention to the way of being. The articulation of the state and the posture of the thinker and his/her attitudes uses concepts, that are often ambiguous, multidimensional, but already capable of articulating phenomena that could not otherwise be named. Such a stance paves the way for creative thinking capable of extending and overstepping the limits of the strict causal Western way of thinking.

The power acquired in the free market not only deforms the integrity of society and economic and political balance, but also it has become virtually impossible for democracy as a form of government to exist. As the scale of the free market became global, the economic entity has also gone global creating disproportions that have led Western democracies to be ruled by economic entities rather than political ones. However, proper education, the use of new economic decentralisation trends, changing the role of politicians and the activity of citizens, and emerging new possibilities of digital democracy give us a glimpse of how to use the opportunities of the free market for strengthening democracies. At the same time, the reforms that have taken place in China in recent years have paradoxically shown that neoliberalism can also have positive aspects for society, which, as a new balance of economic and political capital, can be applied in the West as well.

We are especially focused on the research involving the integration of two of more academic fields offering an innovative view, which is one of the main focuses of Universal Scientific Education and Research Network (USERN), science without borders. Integrated Science is committed to upholding the integrity of the scientific record and will follow the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) guidelines on how to deal with potential acts of misconduct and correcting the literature.

Liberal democracy is the most successful model in the state-building process, but in times of corruption and uneven distribution of power, so-called “liberal democracy” is facing a neoliberal crisis. At the present stage of the economy, there are a number of problems, among which the concentration of capital in natural oligopolies and corporate control become virtually unsolvable. The purpose of the article is to analyse the political preconditions for the transformation of Ukrainian society, to identify opportunities for the transition from isolated monoliths of oligopolies to an ecosystem of a modular economy based on small or medium competitive flexible enterprises that are favourable to the community. Accordingly, a self-governing society is developing that is able to ...

Instrumentality vs Awareness: Rethinking the reverse side of AI, 2021

Long ago, the attention of archaic man was on Mother Nature. With the utmost amazement and reverence, he prayed for the majesty of nature’s creatures and empowered himself with her magical amulets. Later, man's attention was attracted to objects in the sky. He worshipped the sun, the moon, and the constellations of stars. He ritualized cosmic rhythms and formed the cyclicality of daily life. Later, in ancient Greek tragedy, onto the stage of divine circumstances, suddenly came the man himself – a hero. In the Age of Enlightenment, the man unexpectedly became an infinite potential capable of discovering the whole universe. However, with the advancement of techno-scientific transformations, the focus is changed again. It is no longer on the human, but on technology, on the development and training of the instrument. And again, reverently stunned, like the primordial humanoid, only this time adorned with the symbolic amulets of technology instead of flora and fauna, a man looks at the immense scale of technology. He marvels at the growth of "unlimited" possibilities of artificial super-intelligence. The changes brought by AI are claimed to be radically different, and in fact, they are shaping social, economic, and political reality, transforming the entire human world. However, are they really radically different? What underpins AI? What can change, and what can’t change?
