An new invention or innovation (in the form of a device) is usually presented by technical drawing. The development of information technology in recent years has led to the fact that it is relatively easy present the invention by hologram also. This paper proves the assumption that the appearance of mechanical parts in the form of a hologram provides better visual perception than the technical drawings. It is used hologram pyramid for holographic display of mechanical parts and assemblies. After survey of a number of examinees, we made the statistical analysis of results. Also, we applied the method of Mamdani fuzzy logic and the assumption is proved. The conclusion is that the hologram could be useful in the rapid prototyping for virtual presentation of a 3D product model. This method of rapid prototyping display represents a simple and cost-effective way for presenting ideas. Also, it can be used in the learning process.

SAŽETAK: U ovom radu je opisana procedura otvaranja mikro postrojenja za obnovljive izvore energije u BiH, od ideje do same realizacije projekta, gdje su navedeni koraci i postupci pribavljanja određene dokumentacije i dozvola od strane nadležnih ustanova. Također, navedeni su i toškovi za izdavanje dozvola, kako na nivou opštine tako i na nivou Federacije BiH. Isplativost i vrijeme povrata investicije je dato na kraju rada.
ABSTRACT: This paper describes the procedure of opening a micro plant for renewable energy sources in Bosnia and Herzegovina, from the idea to the realization of the project, where the steps and acts of obtaining specific documents and licences from the relevant institution are mentioned. The costs for licencing at the municipal level and at the level of the Federation are indicated, too. The profitability and payback period is at the end of the paper.

Information and communication technologies (ICT) have become unavoidable in educational processes. They are used in higher education to a significant extent today in a complex Bosnian-Herzegovinian reality. This paper presents an overview of the development and experience in applying ICT in education with suggestions for further development and improvement at the Dzemal Bijedic University of Mostar.

Three-dimensional printing technique, invented in Massachusetts Institute of Technology and developed by Z Corporation, nowadays is asserting itself in both a direct and indirect production of parts and assemblies of any complexity. However, like any rapid prototyping technique, it has significant limitations, mainly in available materials and material properties. Owing to a poor material properties, all three-dimensional printed models need to be post-processed. The task of “Hydraulic Actuator” is moving of the artificial leg of invalid persons. It bends the artificial leg in the knee. The invalid person can climb up the stairs with it. The Actuator is designed for function and working load. “The Method for Total and Partials Product’s Suitability Determination” is applied at the product in this paper. The application is done for the Actuator design improvement in the mining of easier and chipper production, maintenance, exploitation and recycling.

This paper describes free application software designed for smartphones running Android. In recent years, more such applications have emerged and are classified here into three groups: simulation software, learning software and CNC engraving software. The paper describes some typical applications for these three types of software.

Three commonly used processes of rapid prototyping are RTV, Zcorp 3D print, Cube 3D print. This paper briefly explains these three methods. If we create the same part using these rapid prototyping methods, its dimensions will not have the same accuracy. Some method has higher and another lower accuracy. The comparative analysis of three rapid prototyping methods to the dimensions' accuracy has made in this paper. The goal is to get a recommendation whichone of three methods to use, if we want the greatest dimensional accuracy.

There is the specific situation in secondary schools regarding students' understanding of the importance of acquired knowledge which they need for the continuation of their education. Therefore, nowadays it is necessary to introduce innovative forms of knowledge acquiring such as blended learning. The intention is to build an adequate model using Mamdani Fuzzy Logic in terms of better motivation of students with higher and lower metacognitive skills for the online part of teaching. The aim of applied Mamdani Fuzzy Logic method is to determine the best ratio of number of logins on the LMS system, test results and time spent on the LMS system that would give the best results at the final testing. The achieved results show that the applied method effectively determines the best ratio of these three variables in order to achieve the best results at the final testing of different groups of students according to metacognitive skills.  Index Terms-mamdani fuzzy logic, number of logins, test results, time spent on the LMS system, online course efficiency.

The paper aims at demonstrating the ways in which information technologies (IT) can be used in teaching process, especially in teaching an introductory IT course (e.g. Informatics) in secondary education. One approach is to introduce blended learning system in classical and electronic forms, which would attract students' attention and increase the creative and research dimensions. This will take full effect only if all disciplines in the creation of blended learning are included and if the standards in the usage of IT and blended learning are applied, concerning infrastructure and learning objectives. We found a significant increase of the students' knowledge level and their motivation while studying in the blended learning system.
