PROM can trigger various serious complications, such as infection, premature birth, and even neonatal death. The data collection method is literature study. The method that will be used for this assessment is literature study. The data obtained was compiled, analyzed and concluded in order to reach a conclusion regarding premature rupture of membranes. This article aims to examine the meaning, causal factors, prevention and management of PROM. Factors causing PROM vary, including maternal age (especially under 20 years or over 35 years), high parity, previous history of PROM, exposure to cigarette smoke, anemia, and work which can influence the level of fatigue of pregnant women. Prevention of PROM can be done through avoiding risk factors, regular pregnancy checks, a healthy lifestyle, and consuming vitamin C supplements to support placental health. Management of PROM includes close observation, administration of antibiotics, and if necessary, termination of pregnancy by considering the gestational age and condition of the mother and fetus. In term pregnancies, treatment includes administration of antibiotics and observation, while in preterm pregnancies, corticosteroids are used for fetal lung maturation. With a good understanding of the causes, prevention and management of PROM, it is hoped that perinatal morbidity and mortality rates related to this condition can be minimized.

This period, often known as the golden age, provides an opportunity for parents to provide appropriate stimulation to meet children's physical and psychological needs. With billions of brain cells ready to develop, young children need proper nutritional intake and stimulation to ensure optimal growth and development. Research shows that appropriate intervention at this phase can have a long-term positive impact on a child's development. This article aims to educate parents about the importance of attention and support in the early days of a child's life.

Through language, children can develop the ability to communicate with others and can express their thoughts so that others can understand what the child is thinking. Children's language develops from the easy to the most complex. At the age of 1 year, the membranes of the brain for hearing form words, begin to relate to each other. At the age of 2 years, he has heard a lot of words or has a wide vocabulary. Children's language begins to become the language of adults after the child reaches the age of 3 years. At that time he already knows the difference between "I", "you" and "we". At the age of 4-6 years, children's language skills will develop in line with curiosity and high enthusiasm, so that questions arise from children with their language skills. Language skills will also continue to develop in line with the intensity of children with their peers.

Motor development is often used as a benchmark to prove that children grow and develop properly. Motor development is something that talks about coordinated physical movements, so that in its development it takes a variety of stimulation that is appropriate for early childhood. This stimulation can be provided by parents, teachers, and the environment both at home and at school by providing a supportive learning environment for early childhood motor development. Provision of stimulation is an effort made by adults in providing optimal facilities and opportunities for achieving optimal development. Giving plenty of time for children to carry out activities that support motor development and proper supervision is one of the right efforts in supporting the physical development of motor children in early childhood.
