The congress therefore invites contributions from a heterogeneous set of fields and domains such as: Web systems, computational intelligence, human-computer interaction, digital theory, Web sociology, and well as interactive and digital arts. We also encourage contributions from businesses and organizations.

ABSTRACT. In this paper, we present: 1) the concepts of the Internet of things (IoT), 2) the data as a source of value creation, 3) the socioeconomic challenges of IoT, 3) The challenges for companies and researchers, 5) and the last part has as objective to describe the themes of the review of the internet of objects (IoT). A state of the art on 120 publications from academic and professional literature is proposed. In a first theoretical part, definition, taxonomy, philosophy and criticism of crowdsourcing are introduced. In a second part, project management, communication, motivations of contributors, specific initiatives, gamification and crowdfunding are presented.

The purpose is the use of an IT representation as educational research software for newcomers in research. We use an ontology based on the ACM's Computing Classification System in order to find scientific articles directly related to the new researcher's domain without any formal request. An ontology translation in French is automatically proposed and can be based on Web 2.0 enhanced by a community of users. A visualization and navigation model is proposed to make it more accessible and examples are given to show the interface of our tool: Ontology Navigator.

A concrete implementation is discussed, some difficulties are figured out, and an architecture model is suggested.

To exploit this heterogeneous space and better orientate the reader, we developed the HyWebMap system which allows orientation in the space visited by using a benchmark tool, a browser, a history tool and a global image display based on an interactive map. The reader can create a personal space starting

This article explores the creation of learning objects (LO) and its reuse within a university by using a tool called "HyperTectol", which is being developed at the Universite Paris 8 in France and that introduces, guides and promotes

But the increase of the volume of information has been accompanied by a considerable increase of tools destined to help and assist the final user to find information. Different skills used in such tools increase cognitive problems of the user (reader, student, beginner, …). User has to find on the one hand a coherence in plethoric information that he browses through information networks, and on the other hand to adapt to the different logics of these tools. HyWebMap represents a new generation of tool designed to reduce disorientation and cognitive overhead of users being in learning context. The goal being to allow them to organize a customized navigation space built around imported data and information produced by user himself
