This paper investigates the relationships between satisfaction, empowerment, innovation and employee performance. A number of studies prove that employee’s empowerment can be used to enhance and improve the organizational performance of the enterprise by involving employees in development processes, influencing satisfaction and innovation in its overall performance. These empirical studies have analyzed the direct effects of employee empowerment through satisfaction and innovation by supporting the mediating role of employee attitudes and management behaviors. Clusters tend to be a key factor for a successful macroeconomic development and microeconomic business environment. Execution of cluster projects is one of the strategic objectives of many counties, as it contributes to the economic development of regions and increases the level of innovative development of enterprises which form a cluster. Cluster mapping efforts create a set of data and insights on economic activity across industries and locations. With this paper we will try to present the advantages and disadvantages of being in cluster. All huge projects have obstacles and benefits, but in this paper we will try to summaries the facts of clusters, analyzing data from states in Balkan region and presenting some useful information for enterprises which are thinking for sector development opportunities.

Barley is a plant in Europe that occupies an important place in the structure of cultivated plants. The main use of barley is for brewing beer. Even in Kosovo, the main part of barley production is used in the beer industry. The beer industry in Kosovo produces beer prepared from barley; it is liked by the consumer, not only in Kosovo but also in Albania. Our brewing industry mainly uses locally grown barley. Our farmers have planted the traditional cultivars of barley but, recently and in the future, new cultivars have been introduced and introduced, preferring those that give high yields but also with good chemical and technological indicators. Our study aimed to determine the influence of climatic (temperature and humidity) and soil factors on the yield and quality of barley production in both areas of its cultivation. The presence of mineral elements in the soil are necessary for barley such as: Calcium, Iron, Magnesium, Phosphorus, Potassium, Zinc and climatic factors for the production of beer barley.

Purpose-The resarch aims to reflect the possibilities of tourism development in the territory of the municipality of Istog. As an attractive field with an extraordinary impact on not only the economic development of this region, requires the identification of factors and opportunities for sustainable development. Methodology/Design/Approach-The collection of data and facts research and qualitative analysis, research based on primary data, effectiveness of communication, observation method and secondary data. For the generation of primary data, we used the questionnaire which contains 10 questions.150 respondents answered the questionnaire. The descriptive approach of natural attractions and beauties. Findings-As a result of this analysis of tourism aspects in Istog, it is in the direct interest of the area and local authorities that natural resources are used in the most careful and far-sighted way for the development of tourism, creating well-being and long-term development. Awareness and the development of a tourist culture are aspects that will bring Istog and its surroundings the possibility of developing sustainable tourism.
