La transformación de la educación que se ha emprendido en la República Bolivariana de Venezuela, en el marco del proceso revolucionario que vive el país en la actualidad, requiere prestar atención especial al proceso de formación y desarrollo de los valores ciudadanos. Es por ello, que los autores declaran la necesidad de asumir una concepción materialista dialéctica, la única capaz de aportar el fundamento básico para afrontar la formación y el desarrollo de valores necesarios para consolidar el socialismo del siglo XXI en Venezuela. Las tendencias más actuales, apuntan hacia una visión más integral y transformadora, que abarque tanto la visión filosófica, como la psicológica y la pedagógica.
Los autores concebimos y fundamentamos la formación de valores, estrechamente ligados con la formación moral y como parte integrante de de la personalidad de los educadores. Es por ello que se considera necesario la presentación y aplicación de estos fundamentos teóricos, que permiten ejercer influencias educativas y contribuir al mejoramiento de la formación del estudiante del PNFE, como educador que enfrentará los retos de la consolidación del socialismo del siglo XXI en Venezuela.

Abstract
The transformation of education undertaken in Venezuela, within the revolutionary process the country experiences today, requires a special attention to the process of formation and development of citizenship values. In accord to that, the authors of this article declare the need of assuming a dialectic-materialist foundation as the only one to provide the basic foundation to build up the formation and development of values needed to consolidate the 21st century socialism in Venezuela. The most recent tendencies focus on a more comprehensive and transforming vision, a philosophical, psychological and pedagogical vision. The authors conceive and establish the formation of values closely linked to moral formation and as a component of educators´ personality. In consequence, it is necessary to present and apply these theoretical foundations, which allow setting forward educative influences and contributing to a better formation of the student in PNFE, as an educator who will face the challenges posed by the consolidation of the 21st century socialism in Venezuela.

Research is to investigate the reality of a systematic way to produce knowledge about it Commonly,
we think that this is an exclusive activity of specialists and that the knowledge produced is only
used by intellectuals and professionals, “people who know a lot”; and, perhaps that’s why, the
research in the university environment has been characterized like dismantled, individualist, detached,
without response to the social demands, because is evident the lack of concern for its production
and promotion to make better use of their findings; detracting from his conception and moving
away from one of its primary functions like the active participation in the process of development
of the communities and the country. This article is aimed to show the construction and production
of knowledge that the collective of research have been doing, specifically at the Universidad Bolivariana
de Venezuela. Between the reflections that can be distinguished we have that, in the universities
not only circulates disciplinary scientific knowledge, but there is and circulates the one of
the different actors of the university environment and the one of the communities that interact in it,
generating production, recreation and integration of knowledge, as foundation of the collective of
research, from what we must start out if we want to stimulate processes of curricular transformation
integrating teaching, investigation and extension as elements that provide solutions to the problems
of our communities, which help to achieve a more just and equitable world.

the lexicon enrichment through Reading constitutes one of the main objectives of weducation in
wich the cultural identity is formed and developed. This paper is intended to show thew link among
these aspects that are materialized in the educative process.
