Determining the impact of managerial ownership, leverage, and dividend policy on free cash flow and firm value in the Manufacturing Industry listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2014 to 2020 is the goal of the study. 33 sample companies and 198 data samples total are used in this purposive sampling study. The data is balanced panel data that was analyzed using a stepwise regression approach. Augmented Reality (AR) and Virtual Reality (VR) technologies have revolutionized learning approac... more Augmented Reality (AR) and Virtual Reality (VR) technologies have revolutionized learning approaches through immersive digital experience, interactive environment, simulation and engagement. Yet, these technologies are in developing stage and require massive investment and mass customization to meet the high demand in education. This comprehensive review aims to frame AR and VR development in education during the last twelve years. By adopting text mining and topic analysis approaches, a total of 1536 articles were selected for further analysis. These articles were selected from Scopus database based on specific criteria where titles, keywords and abstracts were extracted for analysis by WordStat. Hypotheses were formulated based on the prior works of AR and VR in education and being processed and evaluated to unvield state of art of AR and VR literature development, applications, advantages and future directions. Results reveal that adoption of AR and VR in education have exponential growth during recent years where wearable device have gain the large portion of this development. Based on secondary data, results also reveal the gap in implementing and customizing these technologies quickly in educational institutions. As AR and VR technologies rapidly develop and become mature, more educational applications emerge in learning process. Researchers are recommended to keep in pace to discover gaps of AR and VR transition to education and create effective adaptability approaches to gain more benefits of these technologies development.

Propose: This study aims to investigate the economic practices and fluctuations due to the outbre... more Propose: This study aims to investigate the economic practices and fluctuations due to the outbreak of the Covid-19 Pandemic in 2020 and future impacts in international economies. Method: This study is based on the variable "Low Probability-High Impact" that is studied by methods commonly used in future studies, namely: heuristic approach, deterministic approach, probabilistic approach. In addition, systematic and deductive reasoning method by analyzing the reports received by some countries, institutions, international organizations and research centers interested in this regard. Results: Reports showed that the economic crisis caused by the Covid-19 pandemic have major impacts on the global economy and significant changes will occur in the long run. Where the epidemic differs economically because it continues to hit hard the major economic countries and the countries most affected include the G7, in addition to China. These countries represent 60% of global supply and demand (GDP), 65% of global manufacturing, and 41% of global industrial exports. Future implications: The COVID-19 will continue to spread even after the emergence of treatment, because the treatment goes through many stages, including discovery and testing, production and distribution, and this means that the virus will keep pace with the global economy until 2021 and perhaps more. The world will try to move to repair the economic damage caused by the COVID-19. Economic reforms must be based on the current structures of globalization in order to succeed. Developing countries must pay attention to the need to build regional blocks based on sound foundations because they will be a protective shield for them in the long term for the effects of all variables based on (low probability-high impact). There will be a major change in international relations, and this will appear in new organizational forms, services and economic, the social role will be the solid force of these alliances. Originality/Value: This paper helps the world prepare to accompany the COVID-19 virus with a minimum for the next year 2021. Its effects will remain for many years, especially in developing countries that the Vaccine will be delayed receive. Therefore, strict health and economic precautions must be taken to mitigate the effects of the virus on its citizens and economy.

The purpose of this study is to gather and analyze recent research publications on the relationsh... more The purpose of this study is to gather and analyze recent research publications on the relationship between governance (board, audit, and ownership) and financial and corporate value. A rigorous literature review of current international articles is used in this paper. The meta-analysis method was utilized to examine papers published in high-evaluation scientific publications indexed in Scopus. The tool (WordStat 8) was utilized to study articles and summarize descriptive statistics, correlation, and keyword cloud during the analysis process. According to the study, the board of directors works to protect investments from misappropriation by actively participating in the development of the company's strategy, giving appropriate incentives to management, and monitoring and evaluating its performance, thus maximizing the company's value. The audit committee can be used as a governance mechanism to improve financial information confidence and openness. Through their participation in the financial statement preparation process as well as improving the independence of both internal and external auditors, the audit committee can help prevent future financial disasters. The study discovered that the emphasis on a company's ownership is critical, and that focusing on the largest shareholder can considerably boost the company's long-term profitability. As a result, it is obvious that the current shifts in ownership focus will diminish performance, but that the negative effects will fade with time and may even have a beneficial impact on the organization's performance. The study will benefit a variety of stakeholders, including investors, stakeholders, company CEOs, board of directors, and other connected groups. This paper aims to investigate e-government in Yemen in terms of the extent of e-government appli... more This paper aims to investigate e-government in Yemen in terms of the extent of e-government application, the main obstacles to implementing e-government, and its contribution to achieve administrative development in developing countries. This study used descriptive and inferential analysis methods to make a contextual and in-depth analysis of e-government in Yemen. The results indicate that the most important obstacles of implementing e-service quality in Yemen as a developing country could be summarized as lack of qualifications, digital divide, weak technological infrastructure, lack of funding, lack of regulatory frameworks, development strategies, legal framework, government instability, and confidence in electronic services. This study recommends government officials and policymakers in developing countries to improve the infrastructure of e-government and seek to correct imbalances that cause delays in implementing e-government regularly. This study will open the way for more field studies on this topic in various types of institutions.

Propose: This study aims to investigate the economic practices and fluctuations due to the outbre... more Propose: This study aims to investigate the economic practices and fluctuations due to the outbreak of the Covid-19 Pandemic in 2020 and future impacts in international economies. Method: This study is based on the variable "Low Probability-High Impact" that is studied by methods commonly used in future studies, namely: heuristic approach, deterministic approach, probabilistic approach. In addition, systematic and deductive reasoning method by analyzing the reports received by some countries, institutions, international organizations and research centers interested in this regard. Results: Reports showed that the economic crisis caused by the Covid-19 pandemic have major impacts on the global economy and significant changes will occur in the long run. Where the epidemic differs economically because it continues to hit hard the major economic countries and the countries most affected include the G7, in addition to China. These countries represent 60% of global supply and demand (GDP), 65% of global manufacturing, and 41% of global industrial exports. Future implications: The COVID-19 will continue to spread even after the emergence of treatment, because the treatment goes through many stages, including discovery and testing, production and distribution, and this means that the virus will keep pace with the global economy until 2021 and perhaps more. The world will try to move to repair the economic damage caused by the COVID-19. Economic reforms must be based on the current structures of globalization in order to succeed. Developing countries must pay attention to the need to build regional blocks based on sound foundations because they will be a protective shield for them in the long term for the effects of all variables based on (low probability-high impact). There will be a major change in international relations, and this will appear in new organizational forms, services and economic, the social role will be the solid force of these alliances. Originality/Value: This paper helps the world prepare to accompany the COVID-19 virus with a minimum for the next year 2021. Its effects will remain for many years, especially in developing countries that the Vaccine will be delayed receive. Therefore, strict health and economic precautions must be taken to mitigate the effects of the virus on its citizens and economy.
