Issues with linking to my store...

I had issues connecting my shopify store with Zendrop but Khubaib was able to troubleshoot and get to the root of the problem. He took his time and was patient until the issue was resolved. I was quite satisfied with his kindness throughout and overall I give him a five-star rating.

Cancelled and was still being charged and no refund…

I cancelled My subscription In December of last year. However my account remained open. I have never actually used the service at all yet They continued to charge me all year up to November. I contacted them about it and was told they it's outside of their refund policy time and nothing can be done. Absolutely Criminal behaviour.

Mariane from ZD came thru to help !

I am new to ZD and was feeling a little overhelmed with connecting Shopify to ZD, my fault to cause I connected the wrong store. However Mariane was able to put me at ease and have my correct store connected within minutes. Thank you Mariane!!!

I recently started using Zendrop

I recently started using Zendrop, and so far, I’ve been impressed with how easily customer service addresses any issues. It gives me a great sense of security knowing support is just a click away. I also love their branding section—it’s fantastic! When I received my first order, there were a few missing items, but Ivan resolved the issue quickly. Overall, I’m extremely satisfied and highly recommend Zendrop! Mariane helped me along the way and love her fast response on everything!

Outstanding Customer Service

I contacted Zendrop customer service and their professional manner put me at ease and the speedy resolution to my problem was a masterpiece of customer service. Jo was great to talk with. So not only does Zendrop have great products, their Best asset is their customer service team. Keep up the good work.

Wrong billing method

Wasn't specified on the pricing section of the website that after you added a product you will get billed from the free plan. Unacceptable. Don't go with zendrop.

"Order Credit Top-Up System is a Waste…

"Order Credit Top-Up System is a Waste of Time and Money"

I recently tried to order a sample from Zendrop, only to discover I didn’t have enough credits. No problem, right? I promptly added $80 to my account via PayPal, thinking it would streamline the process. But when I tried to use those credits for the sample, I was greeted with a baffling message: Order credits cannot be used for samples.

To add insult to injury, the sample and fulfillment costs are exactly the same price. If this isn’t a scam or just bad business, I don’t know what is. Theoretically, I could create a discount in my Shopify store and have the item shipped to myself for the exact same price using those credits—completely bypassing this ridiculous restriction.

This system is not only inefficient but leaves a terrible impression of the company. It’s made me wonder: if something as basic as credit usage is this convoluted, what else might Zendrop be trying to nickel-and-dime its users for?

Zendrop, you need to change this. Until then, consider this review a reflection of my wasted time and frustration.
