I live in Leeds and tried to book an expensive Cruise with NCL who were turly hopeless, so I tried this local travel agent. This company exceeded my expectations by a MILE. The local company was well worth it. I am currently looking online to book my next holday with them. Totally exceeded my expectations. The mangement team in this compay must be exceptional and on every level. The call centre staff are excellent and well motivated. I have no understadning how they achive this level of customer serive - WOW

Just returned from a fabulous 26-day Trailfinders Private Tour organised by Claire Pearce of the Winchester Branch. I cannot "thank you" enough for a thoroughly well organised Tour. We absolutely loved India and are using Claire again for a trip to Costa Rica next month. Thank You Claire!

Carla of the Exeter branch made a relatively complicated itinerary simple and nothing was too much trouble. She invested a lot of her time to make sure we had exactly what we wanted re timings/hotels/flights/budget etc. She was so patient & understanding and kept on it from end of November to mid Dec 2024.

Trip of a lifetime to South America to celebrate our Golden Wedding Anniversary. Trailfinders (Glasgow) listened to what we wanted and prepared an itinerary covering 3 countries (Peru, Brazil & Argentina). Well organised by Trailfinders from start to return. We were met in each country by an accredited guide and driver which was particularly helpful when we were at busy tourist attractions and our official guide took us straight to the front of the queue. Balanced travel plan allowed for down-time to relax.

The holiday delivered exactly what we asked for. Excellent idea to go to Andalusia. Great pace, fabulous hotels in great locations. Lots to see and do with a very varied range of experiences. All bookings, connections etc. worked perfectly.

Rachel is fantastic. Expert knowledge and incredibly friendly, she helpfully let us know we were planning a trip in hurricane season so we avoided being blown away. This is the second trip we’ve planned with trailfinders and I’d highly recommend.

Walked into the Milton Keynes store without an appointment and waited less than 5 mins for the Australia expert to see us. Very knowledgeable staff and extremely helpful. Would highly recommend. 5*+ service.

We went on a 10 week trip to New Zealand and Australia and we would highly recommend using Trailfinders. All our flights, accommodation, car and camper van hire were organised through them. It was stress and hassle free trip!

Alex Birnie, Glasgow office, was extremely helpful throughout the process. We began with a plan to tour SE Asia, flying Business Class, and had a major wobble about the cost. A trip for another day! Alex calmly addressed our 2nd idea to travel around Oman and has come up with a great itinerary for us, at a price we can afford.
