Good value and excellent website

Booked a family ski trip through NUCO after our kids had a good experience while at Uni. Easy to book and excellent website that made life easy. There were no reps at resource so it was only a booking experience but would use again.

Went with CERN as a Whiteroads group to…

Went with CERN as a Whiteroads group to Tignes for a week, had an amazing time, our reps were Flick and Emilié, Emilié was super friendly, fun and made sure everyone knew what the plan was and checked in on everyone constantly. Flick was a great head rep, brought such a fun energy to the trip, really made everyone get involved and have an amazing time! Cannot overstate how good the reps were and how fun they made our time! Cant wait to go again!

Great Experience

Everything was dead easy on the website when booking, had complete clarity of what was included and how much optional extras were - needed a bit of support after booking and spoke to Ruth on the phone who was great as well and answered everything I needed. 5*

Amazing!

Went on the CERN ski trip. I had a superb time! Our reps Emilie and Flick were well organised, informed and great fun. I would want them to be leading any future trips I’m going on.

I was on a Whiteroad group with Flick and Emilie in Tignes and they were just the best! Can’t quite believe it was just the two of them managing the group, and with such professionalism and fun, only being in their early twenties.

Great experience with NUCO

Had a great experience booking my ski holiday with NUCO. Calum was amazing in creating the perfect package for myself and my friends and was very knowledgeable. He could not have been more helpful and was always at hand to answer my questions. Will be recommending to others.

Fantastic customer service

Fantastic customer service. Sean has been brilliant from start to finish. I wish all customer service could be as good as him. Provided answers to all my questions (no matter how silly they were!!).
NUCO have now been passed onto friends who are looking to book also.
Can't recommend these guys enough and they'll be the only ones i book with moving forward. Well done Sean and NUCO

Will always book with NUCO and Emmeke

We had the most amazing time. We booked with Emmeke and everything was organised perfectly. Our holiday went super smoothly - we didn’t feel like we had to organise anything ourselves! The focus was entirely on enjoying ourselves, all the boring bits were sorted for us! Thank you NUCO and to Emmeke you star!

I want to leave a review for Emmeke who has done a fantastic job of organising and managing my ski trip to Val Cenis. Everything went super smoothly and she was quick to support me with my enquiries and issues throughout the experience.

Price and quality matched what my group…

Price and quality matched what my group paid. Staff were pretty helpful, although sometimes gave contradictory information. Staff tried to assist part of my group with transfers who had had their flight changed.

Everything we booked was perfect

Everything we booked was perfect, there weren’t any issues when we got there. We just had to collect the ski pass and gear which were right next to the hotel too. All the vouchers were sent to us within the time said. And instructions were very clear for every part of the journey.

okay but I wouldn't use this company again

I wouldn't use this company again. They did a good job of getting the trip booked but when it came to ensuring everything was smooth with the actual trip they were no help so I would rather book everything on my own next time.

Flight delayed but no assurance from the company we would get our transfer

Flight delayed by 5 hours so the accommodation charged us 30 euros late fee which we couldn't do anything about.

You use a travel company for skiing so the trip runs more smoothly but as soon as our flight was delayed Nuco did nothing to help make the transfer or hotel check in easier.

They did not communicate that our apartment wasn't run by the hotel building it was in, instead we had to pick up our keys 15 minute walk away from the hotel and drop them back despite the hotel having a 24/7 reception. 15 minute walk down a steep icy slop when you arrive in the night ins't ideal especially when they have their own reception. It didn't make sense and this wasn't communicated.

I can't say enough good things about…

I can't say enough good things about Sean and Emmy! I recently had a stressful situation with a flight name change, and they made the entire process seamless and stress-free. Their professionalism, patience, and willingness to go above and beyond were truly exceptional. They not only fixed the issue quickly but also kept me informed every step of the way. It's rare to find such dedicated and efficient customer service, and Sean and Emmy truly deserve all the recognition. Thanks to them, I can now look forward to my trip with peace of mind. Fantastic customer service

Fantastic customer service. Had an amazing ski trip with Nuco. Special mention to Emme, who booked our ski package. All went smoothly. Beautiful hotel and easy to get ski equipment and lift passes. Then helped when we had massive issues with Easy jet.
Would definitely recommend.

I was so impressed by the support and…

I was so impressed by the support and quick response that was made by Nuco to help us get to our destination. We had a horrendous journey and experience from Luton airport. Flight was delayed by 3 hours. Arrived in Geneva at midnight and had missed transfers. I got a phone call from Nuco to say they were arranging a taxi for us. It was like receiving a call from an angel 😇. Everything else about the holiday ran smoothly. Apartment was well kitted out. I can’t praise Nuco more. Thank you. We will certainly be using you again next year.

Booking process was simple and…

Booking process was simple and effective with an easy to use website. However, searching for dates other than Saturday to Saturday was difficult. Everything else was great, adding extras, choosing options and managing booking afterwards was straightforward. An issue occurred after booking and the customer service team were friendly and helpful with no long wait time on hold.
