I cannot thank James enough for getting my water (and heating) safely back on after a water escape emergency at my house. He was efficient, skilled and committed to doing a good job. Andrew went above and beyond. We had a backed up sewer which was under a really stuck recessed manhole cover. Andrew persevered in freezing temperatures to remove it and get to the blockage. We were really impressed with his perseverance to get the job done. Overall we would definitely use Dyno Rod again and would ask for Andrew.

The positive experience started with Ross calling to let me know when he would arrive, the then arrived within the stated timescale.
He was very clear in him comms and identified the issue quickly and offered fix options. We went with an upgraded new tap.
Ross fit the tap without issue and installed additional isolation valves. He also tidied up after the job and left the place spotless.

We have had three members of staff out this week and all have been very helpful. Mick came today and went above and beyond to sort out the problem l have been having. Throughout his visit he explained exactly what he need to do to help solve my problem. He cleared all the mess away before he left and was professional and courteous throughout the visit

Reported a leak on my water feed pipe behind the kitchen units to my insurance, I then received a call within 10minutes from this company. The plumber got to me soon after he was no more than 15 minutes and the job was done can't get better than that.

Leaking cold water tank. Problem dealt with fast and efficiently. New tank ordered and installed with no fuss at all. The engineer who fitted the tank (Grant Walker-Jones) could not have been more helpful, communicative and polite. Workspace left tidy and all old fittings taken away immediately. Great job, well done

We called Dyno to sort some blocked toilets in our offices. Within 24 hours, guy turned up and sorted the issue by flushing out the pipes outside. Even did a camera survey and found some roots that may cause future issues so removed them too. Great service, highly recommend!

We've been having problems with external drains. We called Dyno Rod out after discovering that both manholes on our property were blocked and completely full. They sent someone out quickly to resolve the issue and inspect the system. We were informed that two places in the pipes were 100% blocked with roots that had found their way in. Dyno Rod then sent over a quote and booked in to get the job done. They came out yesterday (9th Jan) at around 830 and by 2pm, they were done. They'd cut out all of the roots, resealed that pipe and also advised us on a further issue that has inherently been causing the initial problem. Everyone I've had interaction with has been very friendly, professional and takes the time to explain everything so you understand exactly what they're doing, how and why. Thank you guys for helping us understand and figure out the best solution to stop our drains getting blocked!

The engineer Carl S provided an excellent service. Listened to what the problem was and knew exactly what the issue is. Very friendly and pleasant. Fixed and replaced parts and did an overall check of the boiler and made sure there wasnt any other issues. Highly recommended company and have always been highly trusted. I wouldnt chose any other company.

The drain was badly blocked. craig went above and beyond to clear the problem he carried the work out in a very informative and professional manner.

Absolutely disgusting. Woman I spoke to is a downright liar. Also had to pretty much beg her to let me speak. Im not surprised she could not hear me with the children in the background seemingly trying to kill each other Telling me she can't access the system but then telling me different. Got the right hump when I called out her lie. If you don't want to be caught out lying don't lie, did your mother not teach you that? If you can't discuss a job with me (that ps you're not even needed for anyway and if you listened to people you'd know that) will be reporting to the ICO also as you clearly have no business having my number.

We have had issues with a blocked external drain and notified Dyno-Rod Thursday 9th at 11am. Jadey was on-site by 9am (timing at our request) and dealt with the issue smoothly and efficiently. We could not have asked for more, or a better service.

Very efficient and polite service. No quibbles at doing a tricky job which another company were going to charge an outrageous amount to do. The contractor then put the camera down the drains and offered us good advice re the future maintenance of our drains, and he helped to clean up some of the mess left by the drain clearance.

Craig Sweeting turned up on time and was a very cheerful and knowledgeable young man, he was very professional and explained every step of each procedure undertaken.
He managed to clear the blockage, that required a lot of effort on his behalf.
I would recommend Dyno-Rod - South Coast and South West and in particular Craig Sweeting for his stirling efforts.

Excellent service by Dynorod, put in a call about a blocked shower pipe at 11am, they were here by 3.30pm and had finished the job successfully within an hour. The phone receptionist and the engineer (Tom) were professional, helpful and friendly. Will definitely use them again!
