It was incredible. The delivery guy came to the door, handed me the package I'd ordered, he scanned something, said goodbye, then walked away.
I have to say, I've had things delivered before, but never with such panache, verve and all encompassing professionalism.
Now I find my life is boring, because I'm not due to have anything else delivered by DPD.

Told the time slot for the delivery very early in the day so I could plan my time. Package delivered within the time slot by a friendly, polite DPD driver. Sending a PIN code to my mobile, to quote on delivery, is a great security measure to make sure that the right person receives the package.

Would have been 5 stars but this was a replacement flower delivery by DPD. In the original delivery the flowers and box were crushed and thrown by the driver onto a neighbouring porch rather than the intended recipients address. Replacement flowers were provided by Moonpig

DPD is always agile and offers the best care for our parcels. All the drivers are respectfull and very professionals.

Totally appalling lack of service. Driver named FLOFIER was 5 minutes from my address, well within my 1hr timeslot. Suddenly the tracker tells me they are unable to find my address/gain access. Total lies. He never even attempted delivery as I was watching up and down the road at all times and saw no sign of either van or driver. Totally lazy and unprofessional

Expensive item was dumped at the pick up point. Marked as delivered, received by “delivered”, no QR code as the driver marked it as a home delivery. Took sometime to persuade guys at the pick up point to give it to me. Mind blowing attitude. Dumping parcels by the entrance where anyone can pick it up or see names and addresses, I already had items went missing in the past, don’t want it to happen again.
