My reservation from September 18 to 21 was cut off from the first night, for which we had to find an emergency solution in another gîte for 3 people (not easy) and pay an additional cost. Simple and pleasant and beautifully situated holiday home. Many beautiful hikes and also the shops are easily accessible by the free public transport.

Wonderful stay in a lovely house. Everything we needed was there and you could sit outside on the veranda partly with roof. We would recommend this house, in the beautiful environment.

Lovely accommodation in a great location to visit lots of great places. We found the bungalow to be very clean, spacious and comfortable. It was easy to book in when we arrived and to book out when we left. A swimming pool that accommodated children and families rather than just naked bathers would have been a great asset. We did feel that the bungalow should have included an oven as standard, it seemed very bizarre to have to hire one. All things considered we would be very happy to return.

In whatsapp I did not get a solution in how to connect my booking to the Boshoek App. I tried twice. So I got in contact with them and heard that my email address was not correctly given to them by you. Irritated me a lot.

The beautiful snow filled scenic view infront of the house was awesome to watch. The stay was wonderful.

What I didn't like was washroom next to kitchen.
The glasses and cups were too small and delicate.
There was no window in the bedroom for light so it gave a stuffy and suffocated feeling but privacy wise it can be considered good.
Restaurants were closed and there was no supermarket in the campus.

For a short stay at a reasonable rate, I would definitely recommend your vacation house.

Weekend with friends
After a very warm welcome at the reception to a
well-furnished 4-person bungalow with 2 bedrooms and private toilet and shower, so plenty of privacy for both couples.
Booked green fees for 2 days on a well maintained golf course with many water features right next to the park.
Very friendly and helpful reception and friendly service in the restaurant
Food was fine, just not much choice but
definitely a recommendation for a visit and certainly for a next weekend for us

We booked at La Sapinière with bungalow.net. The park was exactly as described. Bungalow.net wished us a good holiday 2 days before we left. All information was correct. We would certainly consider to book through bungalow.net again.
The only thing that disappointed was the restaurant at La Sapinière which was rather expensive and not very special. The evening we came you could only order burgers with fries, for 5 people we paid 128 euros for burgers which weren't al that special.
The 8 person house at the Parc we booked was excellent.

When we booked in January the site said € 50,00 for airco. When we received the confirmation we were charges for € 100,00. I made notice of this, but got the answer that the site is not up-to-date and that we had to pay 100 or make the choice for not using the airco…This is not how it works in my opinion. After 6 months it still isn’t adjusted. The site still says 50,00. This is not customerfriendly. Maybe it would be good to notice on the site that the keys, sheets, towels and babybeds have to be picked up at another adress. It is quite a lot of stuff and hassle we thought. For the price we paid we expected to have everything at the house. Maybe this is a point of attention to discuss with the agency there.
For the rest everything quite fine.

Of course we had good weather, which made the walks a pleasure. With 2 dogs this is the ideal holiday. First time we stayed here but certainly not the last time. Too bad about the restaurant, otherwise the holiday would have been complete.

Electricity failed on arrival, quick change to other house was no problem. Microwave failed, reported this but it took another notice at the reception to have it replaced. Houses were clean, beds good, kitchengear OK, TV set OK. Bathroom also clean.

How refreshing to come across a company who reply virtually straight away and are so helpful. Natalie dealt with our reservation and the alterations we had to make due to a mistake that we had made with the dates. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone wanting to book a holiday, especially as they were cheaper than other companies I came across.

Ferienpark Grafschaft Bentheim is a park full of small cabins with (for us) all the basic necessities. Nothing luxury, but we're not asking for that. During our stay it was also pleasantly quiet. The ladies at the reception were very nice, helpful and friendly.
We didn't explore the park itself, as we were making daytrips in the area in Germany and just across the border in The Netherlands. The area closer to the park is great for long walks / bike rides.

A nice place for family gatherings or spa and gulf lovers. It's convenient to do BBQ in the yard, even if it rains. You have everything in the house. But remember to remind the registration to give you soap for the dishwasher and take your own hand soap and wasmiddel.

It was very easy to book this comfortabel chalet on a nice park that is absolutely great when you want to discover Luxembourg.
