I ordered a book on Wednesday 15th January and paid an additional fee for 24 hour delivery as I needed the book the next day. The book did not arrive until today, 5 days later. Whilst this is not directly Awesome Books fault when I tried to log into my account with them my email address was not recognised. So I tried replying to the email that Awesome Books had sent to my address when confirming my order but when I tried to submit the online form provided I got 'Oops something has gone wrong' and the message I had tried to send was lost. Patronising, annoying and very frustrating.

I have made so many orders for used books and am always satisfied with the excellent service provided by Awesome Books. Prices are affordable and very good delivery times. Information and updates on shipping very efficient. Website very user friendly and I check my wishlist every week for price reviews. Definately the best online bookstore in the UK with global shipping.

AwesomeBooks continues to move forward with a great philosophy! "Buy one - Give one!" For 22 years they've been saving and sharing their 'finds' giving life to author's and their stories to all ages, donating through literacy programs and recycled. All the books recently lost in the Los Angeles fires; residential libraries with rare collectibles. Homes were lost. Personal items went up in smoke. Family treasured books; children's favorite books now lay in ash. AwesomeBooks is just the place to start for families to start collecting; nothing better to take one's mind of what's been lost than losing oneself between the covers of new and old favorites. An overall good experience. Easy to scan, good range of items scanned in, great extra % code which added a little more onto my trade, easy to organise post & quick to communicate back. A couple of items were rejected which was disappointing as I know they were fine & not damaged in the way claimed. But my experience with other trade in sites is the same! They seem to almost always reject a few items which I guess offsets their costs a little!

I buy quite a few Used books and have often found Awesome do have what I need. The prices mean I can justify buying quite a few without having to economise. Also some of the titles are quite rare and so Awesome have enabled me to find some treasured volumes that I would not usually be able to buy. My ever-expanding library is still expanding for certain.

One of the books in the package arrived damaged. It's still readable however when I purchase a new book I prefer it to arrive in new condition.

Other than that one mishap, the service is terrific. The books arrive in timely fashion.
I'd suggest adding a service 'recommended reading' based on books already bought. I am not familiar with all books available and this would encourage me to buy MORE books :-)

I wanted a book to give to a friend but thought it was better to buy second hand, as books should never be read only once. I ordered the book from Awesome, at a remarkably reasonable price, and it arrived with my friend in less than a week. Could not be happier with my purchase and shall certainly use Awesome again...

Ordering from Canada and my books showed up in a week, in great condition. I ordered more books, but unfortunately this package never made it to me. I messaged the company and they quickly rectified the situation, I was very pleased with their customer service. I've since ordered more books and have had no issues. Great company and the best prices for books I've found.

I was looking for a copy of a book I could only find elsewhere in excess of £20, which is more than I wanted to spend as it was really just to put some concert tickets inside as part of a present. I found a copy on Awesome books for less than £3 inc P&P. It is perfect, in great condition, was delivered much quicker than I expected. Excellent service all round.

I love, love the books and the company ethos. But, unfortunately when you send to Ireland your delivery partner off hands to Fastway carriers. Then it's a flip of the coin as to whether or not I get the delivery. I may get it 3 weeks after it arrives into the country even though it's been signed off as a couple of days!! I may not get it at all.This is not just me either, it's especially Cork & Kerry deliveries for all concerned. Well as they say "God loves a trier" . Not yet received the order this "Rate your experience " has triggered so I'm forever hopeful.
