Second time I’ve purchased a dual season wool duvet from them- being able to attach the 2 duvets together in winter and remove one in the warmer months is great- we love them!

I have struggled to find microfibre pillows. By chance I checked on Soak and Sleep. These microfibre pillows have all the squishiness of feather filled pillows but without any risk of allergies. Super comfy and plumptious. Perfect

I ordered the 80% goose down pillows last month but waited for my new bed to arrive before using them for a full-treat experience!
After a week of use I can confidentially say they are very well made and I am delighted with them. Chose the medium firmness and they’re perfect for me- just the right amount of support and they plump up beautifully. Getting into bed feels like a luxury experience!
I have recommended soak and sleep to friends.

Bought some fitted sheets that needed replacing (non-standard size) and they fit beautifully. We chose 600 count Egyptian cotton and were not disappointed, it's as soft and smooth as you want your bed to be. We also picked up a set of French linen and love the look and feel of it. Super quick delivery, too!

I ordered a pair of cotton pillow protectors as I had bought this product previously. When I received them I was disappointed with the colour and quality. The ones I bought before were much better than the new ones so I have returned them for a refund of which I am still waiting for.

Ordered a soft as down microfiber pillow in soft/medium and I could not be happier with it! This pillow really is amazing, no more neck pain/headache in the morning. I literally sleep like a baby since I've started sleeping on it. The customer service is also great! I had an issue with the delivery which was sorted within hours by a lovely lady cslled Molly. Overall fantastic service! Thank you!

Ordered from this company in the past and never been disappointed with the quality. Had no concerns this time as I ordered an expensive down and feather duvet and pillow's they arrived BEFORE Christmas which was a total surprise. Fantastic quality items lovely and warm the duvet is really luxurious and drapes over you . wouldn’t hesitate ordering again from this company or recommending them.

Based on the description that the linen feels "beautifully soft and silky smooth against the skin" and the glowing product reviews we chose to buy the 600TC Egyptian Cotton Duvet Cover and pillowcases.
Delivery was really quick with DPD and arrived on Sunday having been ordered late on Friday, however the bed linen was somewhat of a let down.
Whilst there is no doubt the linen is of a good quality, being thick and hopefully durable, it certainly is not soft and silky.
With the linen being next to your skin, the feel of it is paramount. We have other linen that is either a beautifully soft sateen or a crisp percale, but this linen does not possess either of these qualities.
Had we not used the linen I would have returned it as it was not as described.
Very disappointed.

I bought pillows and protectors . Pillows are comfortable and good quality as are the protectors. My pillow protectors did not arrive but customer services dealt with it and resent in a timely manor.

Beautiful quality white king size bed cover. Good weight. Could be used with just a sheet in the summer but looks the bed very smartly dressed over the top of a duvet. Efficient delivery and an excellent price
