It was -5 outside and our 20 year old boiler was making some strange noises, before giving up completely. I contacted RPM at 8am and despite being overwhelmed with work due to the cold snap, arrived at lunchtime to take a look. The parts we needed were available straight from the van, so all fixed and boiler serviced at the same time. He kept the price down by only replacing what was needed. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend RPM to anyone.

Called on Tuesday with a boiler that wasn't maintaining heat, sent a few photos on WhatsApp. Guys came out Friday, fixed it in 45 minutes, for the quote that was given on the Tuesday. Price was low as well and I was expecting more. On top of that the guys were extremely nice and had a bit of a chat with them. They got our heating working quickly, cheaply, and had good banter, what more do you want?

New boiler fitted and minor plumbing repairs carried out. Richard gave us a choice of boilers and prices together with advice. Price was agreed and boiler ordered. Fitters arrived one week later at the exact time as promised they were friendly and very professional leaving the house clean and tidy and with the boiler working perfectly. Guarantees and paperwork followed 24hrs later. Would I use this company again 100% yes,highly recommended

I chose RPM Plumbing and Heating to install our new boiler, I'm glad I did as the work carried out was very tidy and professional. They turned up when they said and charged the price originally quoted. They went above and beyond on install day and carried out a couple of extra little jobs without hesitation, that tidied up my rear wall by getting rid of old no longer needed things out of the wall. I'd highly recommend RPM Plumbing and Heating to anyone and I'd go back to these guys. Very happy with the price and the work carried out on our home!

Excellent service from start to finish with great communication every step of the way.

Fitted new Bosch combi boiler and radiators throughout the house. Super tidy and made good any carpet and vinyl that needed moving when looking at pipes.

Very honest as we asked them to check whether pipework needed changing and after inspection went through why current pipework was worth keeping, could have easily made more money.

Richard and Big Rich came immediately to our rescue following our old boiler failure, they fitted a brand new Worcester Bosch 8000 the day after our call to RPM. Product knowledge was excellent. Richard was great from start to finish. He ordered and replaced our old radiators, as well as fixed one of our sinks from leaking. He always responds fast and is very flexible in his meeting times. I would highly recommend if you are looking for an experienced and well priced plumber.
