Faster than a speeding bullet...
After receiving a ridiculous quote for a new boiler from a well known, large, nationwide organization, I searched for an alternative supplier. Impressed by PLUMBCO's reviews, I got in touch on the Friday via their website.
I received a call-back from Heidi later that same day requesting photos of my existing, loft-located boiler and connections. I e-mailed those on the Saturday.
On Monday I received three quotes. I sent them my preferred option later that day. On Tuesday, I received an e-mail from Arran, asking if 8am Wednesday morning was convenient for the work to be carried out.
Wednesday morning: the engineer, Jack, arrived bang on 8am, followed almost immediately by the guy delivering the boiler parts. By 3.30 that afternoon, my new boiler had been installed.
Had a call from Heidi late Thursday to check everything was working and to advise me that they would register the boiler on my behalf and arrange for the Gas Safe certificate to be issued.
From my initial enquiry to Jack driving away, job having been completed (including a full clear-up) took a total of five days, and that included the weekend. Absolutely terrific service.
