We had a problem with our aged boiler and we got a few quotes. Plumbco was not only the cheapest, but the most responding, they accommodated all our needs and arranged the new boiler to be installed Asap (and that was around Christmas!). We are really happy with company and recomend to our friends. Also Heidi was lovely and very helpful. Thank you!

Booked an appointment for a quote, accepted the quote and they gave a date for installation. Installation day, the engineer turned up on time and all done. Superb service and very knowledgeable/expert engineer. I will highly recommend them.Thanks Plumbco

Fantastic service from initial call to job completion. Had an issue with boiler sending cold water whilst in the shower. Paul visited yesterday Monday 16/12 and diagnosed issue. Received quote and after agreeing Paul visited again today & installed new part. Cannot rate Arron & his team highly enough. Many thanks again

The PlumbCo team came on time and efficiently managed the whole process, leaving zero issues in 4 days.
I had a full gas heating installation and was curious about the whole process. The lead engineer, Paul answered any question I had, and was very honest upon his reviews if he wasn’t happy with particular things, resulting in replacing/fixing these areas (which were very minimal).
I was keen to book my service with PlumbCo next year (I was so impressed with the service provided) but they have assured me they’ll be in touch closer to the time.
Honestly would strongly recommend this company.

Paul was prompt, tidy, thorough and clean. He left a good impression with my tenants when doing a boiler service and gas safety certificate. The whole team were a delight to deal with from initial request through explaining my options and booking an appointment.

After receiving a ridiculous quote for a new boiler from a well known, large, nationwide organization, I searched for an alternative supplier. Impressed by PLUMBCO's reviews, I got in touch on the Friday via their website.
I received a call-back from Heidi later that same day requesting photos of my existing, loft-located boiler and connections. I e-mailed those on the Saturday.
On Monday I received three quotes. I sent them my preferred option later that day. On Tuesday, I received an e-mail from Arran, asking if 8am Wednesday morning was convenient for the work to be carried out.
Wednesday morning: the engineer, Jack, arrived bang on 8am, followed almost immediately by the guy delivering the boiler parts. By 3.30 that afternoon, my new boiler had been installed.
Had a call from Heidi late Thursday to check everything was working and to advise me that they would register the boiler on my behalf and arrange for the Gas Safe certificate to be issued.
From my initial enquiry to Jack driving away, job having been completed (including a full clear-up) took a total of five days, and that included the weekend. Absolutely terrific service.
