Above and beyond! I ran out of my macrame cotton and saw it was out of stock. Had a very reassuring reply to my email from Emma saying she had more stock in a lock up unit. She went and collected more stock in dreadful weather conditions and let me know it was back in stock on the website within a couple of hours. My order was beautifully wrapped in an organza bag with a thoughtful card and lovely message. A really nice touch. Thank you Emma, outstanding service

I have recently started crocheting dolls. I shopped online as I can't buy locally. I came across Our Little Craft Co and they have the exact yarn I needed at a very reasonable price, good selection of colours.
I think they are brilliant, very pleasant to deal with and I receive the order very quickly and as a bonus, the yarn comes in a lovely bag which keeps it all together. I am so impressed I have just placed my 3rd order.

Company was easy to find using the internet. They had the yarn I was looking for YarnArt for my crochet project. The website was easy to use and after reading the About Us section decided this is exactly the type of company I want to be dealing with. Small business, the owner wears all the hats. I decided to use this company for a rush order for some yarn that was unavailable elsewhere.
I was nicely surprised by the complete communication, speed of despatch (same day) and speedy arrival. I have used many companies for yarn, not all give the same level of appreciation for my order. A good find for my soft toy needs.

Wow have to say they could not have been any more helpful if they tried! I forgot to oder an item. I contacted them and they instantly got in touch and did everything they could to help me. Also, I had expected delivery time to be a little longer, but items arrived well packed and with me within 4 days with also included the weekend. Really would recommend and will definitely use again.
