I have had the best treatment from the staff they are so kind and answer so fast it's nice to they are looking after us thank you you have fantastic staff well done
I would normally grant Joom 5 (five) stars but this time there were two problems: The size of two articles was [much] too small ánd another article came in insufficient quantity. BUT: This was the first time. I am VERY satisfied with the products and service Joom normally offers, let's consider this as a minor glitch.

I am about to order something from joom, but I wanted to look them up first on trust pilot. They do have some positive reviews as well (to which they generally post a reply), but I wonder why they don't have explanations for the negative reviews. For example I see a review from Adriana Calin who placed an order in Oct 2024, but has not received the item or refund till this day (Jan 2025), and her inquiries are ignored... ?!?!?!?! I am clearly going to wait and see if they address my question before ordering... 🤔
I received the wrong colour dress. It took me a while to figure out how to contact Joom customer service but once I found out how to, I found the experience to be very quick & decisive. I was given a 100% refund after they had reviewed the order. I should have the amount refunded to PayPal in the next few days. Very happy with the customer service. (Providing that I get the refund 😀)
From England a nation in peril and the PRC it's an absolute pleasure to spend what little is bestowed upon my UC in the beginning it was face masks and health and today it's just as important the one person receives the grace Queen Elizabeth 2 established and not some nasty person fleecing her purse or that of her son's family.
I was very pleased I was looked after well and responses were very fast. And any issues was solved as soon as possible. I was very delighted. Thank you for your help.

I placed an order in October that still hasn't arrived to this day. Customer service said that if the package doesn’t arrive by January 7th, I would receive a refund, but now they are ignoring my messages and not responding to emails. This is the most disrespectful attitude I've encountered on any other site. I am completely disappointed and would not recommand joom to anyone. Shame on you."

I ordered so often via joom since I get many kpop products that aren't available in europe anymore and most sellers are fast. Sometime it can take three months but mostly 3 to 4 weeks. I contacted the customer service of joom once to cancel an order since it took too long and they were friendly and it worked fine. So over all I'm very satisfied

The order was delivered to a different destination in another city. The person who received it called me to tell that her package never arrived but now she's stuck with mine. I will definitely not buy anything from them again.

I had ordered a jacket and the size was not ok for me . I asked Joom to allow me to return or exchange because on they’re selling condition they tell that you can return if you don t like or other reason. In fact they ask you a lot of questions, to send pictures and they propose you a discount on the item ordered . The item is too small and the discount don’t make him on The good size
The return policy of other companies are better and without complication

Unfortunately, we don't have an exchange policy at the moment. And if the jacket's actual dimensions don't match the size chart provided in the product description, no return is required. We'll need a few photos to confirm the mismatch and then issue a refund.
Since there are discrepancies with the size chart, you were offered a partial refund. Don't worry, in case the item is of no use to you, a full refund will be considered, so that you can reorder the jacket in a bigger size.
Please note that the Chinese sizing system can be a bit different from the EU and US. To help with this, our merchants include size charts in cm/inches in the product description when needed.
We encourage you to check those charts every time, because sizes may vary from the measurements of other sellers, or even similar products.

Do not order from this site. Delivery times are a scam & they are lying to you. Policy is actually 85days but they won’t tell you this until your products don’t arrive. If your product does ever arrive, to get a refund you have to pay for it to be returned, within 14days & to be tracked even though your item was not delivered in 14days from them or even actually 35days & they couldn’t track your item! This is a total scam. A lot of the other reviews talk about the poor quality so assume a lot of people try to send back products. There is no ability to escalate your complaint & every customer service rep or bot you message with gives the exact same answers. Don’t waste your money with this site.
I bought a samsung s20 note ultra cover for £35 on joom in web they're says original when I received there is a replica of samsung. I do not recommend anyone to buy from them.
