We all know if you want to build some cushion down there you gotta work for it???  Get yourself a pack of resistance bands for $10 and let’s get to work!! Add the medium or heavy one around your mid thigh (never around the actual knee) and do these exercises!!   Your legs will be burning!  Your clothes might fit better!
