My daughter was Rainbow Dash for Halloween 2015. To do her makeup we used Crayolas watercolor pencils, dipped the tip in water and then colored on her face. Then I sprayed her face with makeup setting spray hoping it would make it last longer. Not sure if it actually did anything. To get the color off her face we used a baby wipe and it came right off. No staining or left over residue.
