Ceiling kitchen cabinets

The space above my cabinets has always bugged me. I'm not a fan of just putting stuff up there for decor because to me it looks out of place being behind the trim. I feel like adding a cabinet up there gives a designated spot to put decor. Taking your cabinets to the ceiling can also make them look more designer and high end. It's actually pretty simple to do too!

There are disadvantages to kitchen cabinets that are too high. Learn the right height to maximize storage and usefulness.
