After the butcher accidentally chopped his own baby into pieces, the grief and guilt drive him mad. He piece back his child’s body and insisted he is alive. Then he started to murder other babies and collect their fresh body parts to replace the decayed ones of his own Frankenstein child. He chose to bury himself in endless killing and madness, than taste the unbearable pain and sarrow.

This is the work I've been doing for the first part of my project The Butcher and His Beast! The story revolves around a butcher with a dark past that has hidden himself away in a small town set in the dark swamps. One day he comes across an eldritch beast that takes hold of him and twists him into a monster. I wanted to explore the idea of telling a story and evolution of a character through their design.
